I ordered 9 pair of compression socks however I received s/medium I've ordered 3xl for years. I received a RMA# to return for credit or exchange.
It's been over two weeks since I returned them. I've not received a credit or an exchange. That's why I'm giving such a low score.

This company will not send your parcel, they answer no emails, there is no tracking service and they will not refund you . They will never get back to you after you’ve ordered not for any reason. Their chat service is a bot.. there is no customer service here. I’m afraid it’s a scam. Please save yourself a headache and do not order from this company.. I find it interesting how they are rated low here and there five stars on “their” website

I place an order back on Oct 8th but never received it. They took my money but I never got the order. I emailed them twice and used the contact them app and never received any replies. I have tried to get refund to no avail. Would never order from them again.

I still did not get my package
I still did not get my package. My husband has sugar and I got them for him tender feet. We have been waiting on this package for ever. So with that we are not happy. Now I have to end up spending more money on ordering from a different site.
