I recommend the Energy Helpline
I would recommend using the Energy Helpline. I found them via OFGEM's website when looking to switch my energy providers. I was fed up with continually getting links to Octopus and Compare The Market.
Energy Helpline was easy to use and I've now used them to switch both my gas and electricity providers giving me better deals and saving me money.

I found it easy to use. The people I spoke to listened to me and answered my questions and gave me lots of information so I could make an informed decision. Still waiting to switch so early in the process but it does seem to be exactly as advertised with helpful people ready to deal with you when you make your choice.
