I have used Energy Helpline for a number of years and have referred many friends and family to use there service because of the cost saving and ease of use.

The ease of use and how easy it is to switch suppliers with minimal fuss is amazing.

What a missive let down

What a missive let down.

On my first application I was told the email address I was using to confirm my application was not the email address on my application. But you were emailing me using the email address I had used and I was responding to your email. What!! How can that be. I couldn’t get a satisfactory answer to this and the application timed out

So I make another application and you send me two emails. One saying EON Next had rejected it because the address was invalid and another saying there was possibly an outstanding amount on a previous account. After chasing this through EON and EON Next and them confirming they had no problems with me applying for an account but they had no record of an application from Energy Helpline, you then tell me today when I called you team again, that the emails were sent in error, but the application can’t be re-processed.

So twice I have missed tariffs that are no longer available.

Your customer service representative was apologetic but I’m the one that has lost out due to your system errors.

Not impressed at all.

Problem with suppliers

Problem with suppliers, several said not enough information which I couldn't understand as I had given everything I could. Resorted to SoEnergy as was with them at my old address and had no problems.
