Awful company, awful director. Not sure what else I can say as they flag everything they don’t like on here even if it’s factual.
Edit - company accounts not submitted, wonder why ! Oh now claiming they’ve been hacked. How many times can 1 company be hacked ? Seems to be the go to excuse from you! You’ve had 8 months, surely you could have submitted them before now.

Fantastic group
This is a fantastic group,they have helped so many people to understand their bills and get their usage down including me,I had no idea about units standing charges etc until i joined,I now know what they all mean and have even been able to cut my usage down a little due to the helpful ideas they have passed on
All of the team deserve a medal for What they do and am sure a lot of people have been saved from very difficult fuel poverty due to them.

This group is an absolute gem!!! Gemma and the other member of the team are truly amazing at what they do, help people in need , spend hours behind the scenes on the phones with energy providers to solve the issues for people, provide energy and food vouchers if necessary too. I can't thank them enough for all the amazing advice and support I've received from them in time of need and I'm not the only one from what I could/can see as there's many others sharing my views!!! Best Place to help with your energy issues .
Massive than you to gemma for dealing with my issue with ovo on my behalf after being left with no heating or hot water due to a ovo engineers incompertance .
Ovo have contacted me this morning and have issued me a refund for the cost of the emergency engineer to uncap my gas and sort the boiler out .
They have said they understand that the engineer should have checked the boiler before turning everything off and that he shouldn’t have capped the gas for a pressure issue as i would need to pay for a gas safe engineer to uncap it.
They have also given me a good will payment which they are adding to my account for the inconvenience of being without heating and hot water .

the drama on this group has become ridiculous. there is a lack of transparency over the money raised through apps and referals and it seems to be just a forum for ego massaging. owner is desperate to be somebody… and comes across as narcissistic. god help you if you do not fawn, you will be booted.
what was once a useful resource is now a vacuous space where certain individuals laud themselves. bizarre.

This is not my first time, back in 2021 Gemmas group helped me and again 2024 Gemma has gone above and beyond. I approached her with bad mental health over and issue and Gemma reassured me and made me feel calm, she also helped me resolve the issue and I am so so greatful ! X

Highly recommend for support
Gemma and the team are very helpful with advice and step in to help where they can. I had serious issues with my energy provider, Gemma stepped in, read all the evidence, contacted my provider. All issues were sorted immediately (having fought with them for nearly a year) and compensation was paid to me. I highly recommend anyone with issues from their energy provider to contact Gemma and her team. They are very polite, dedicated and although extremely busy, they will help out

This is one of my fav Facebook groups, although a bit quiet these days. But the stuff the old admins said about the finance are very concerning. They ask people to donate money and use their Octopus reward link, but never tell anyone where the money goes. Anyone who asks about it gets blocked, hope this doesn’t happen to me.
