The team are absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to help others out, no matter what time of day it is. Always seeing posts saying that they have helped yet another person/family from the energy companies wrong doings. It’s been a massive help reading ways of reducing our energy usage. The team are very professional and well mannered. It’s such an amazing community and I’m ever so grateful that they take time out of their day to help us. I highly recommend anyone to contact the team if they have any queries. Thank you for all your help and support.

The personal service I recieved after years of trying to get my bills in order save money and budget has been more than I could of wished after hitting dead end after dead end

Very strange set up, one admin threatens removal if you recommend citizens advice bureau to people with legal issues, or suggest contacting your MP. The others bully people who dont want smart meters. Lots of affiliate products. Octopus is also pushed. In my opinion it all seems very manipulative. Some of the admin have several profiles, with alternative names, they are then using them to gang up on people in the comments, which is also manipulative, and concerning for a 'support' group.

I am truly astound by all the hater reviews! Nor Gemma or other team member ever taken money from the poor, they do not boot anyone for having good experiences with different suppliers or different opinion, it all depends on whether the "haters" comments and advise is correct or not and they're certainly NOT RUDE! If anything they protect all members from the rude ones and if you cross the line being rude or obnoxious you'll be removed which is fair! I cannot express how important it is all they do to help others! Sadly there are jealous trolls everywhere that will tarnish names of those who are doing great work by helping others!
This group/platform is absolutely AMAZING! They're a group of fantastic humans very dedicated to help everyone and fight their corner. Their knowledge and expertise of energy industry and much more is extremely useful and priceless!!! They're not only helping people that are part of the group, but they go out their way to support their local communities and others on several platforms. Gemma Hatvani and the team of angels are exactly that ANGELS that deserve a recognition for all the fantastic work they do, support they deliver and taking their own time to do all good! They all should be praised for their fabulous work, support and expertise!!! Love them!!!

I have to agree with the poor scores have been following this Facebook page for some time and initially the information was informative and useful .
However some of Gemma post I feel are an attempt in genersting revenue.

There was one about her waxing
lyrical about O2... how wonderful how
cheap it is and how everyone should sign up . It does makes you wonder if
she is on some form of commission
she tells everyone to sign with Octopus advising that her charity will recieve money .There is surely an integrity issue ??. She then tells everyone about Snoop and how everyone should sign up. it gives the impression this is her trying to make
money . She does not accept any
criticism and if she is challenged will
block people or say they are being
rude . And yes I agree she is
extremely self opinionated about how
wonderful and knowledgeable she is
however self praise is no recommendation. At times her self
assured I'm wonderful post
make unnecessary reading and are irrelevant and as a result makes you question her motives .Has she helped people absolutely does she know her
stuff yes she does but I feel her working practices leave a nasty taste
in your mouth wondering what her
real intentions and motives are and point to possibke financial gain at the expense of vunerable people ???Even today she
has posted that reviews are fake and asking people to leave good reviews saying police are involved really !!! Somehow i thnk there is some exageration going on here maybe to
try and put people leaving bad
reviews ... Well this isn't a fake review
and I'm quite happy to discuss this
with Gemma if necessary. Somehow I
don't think she will.

A fantastic group, led by people who actually know what they are talking about. They have offered some excellent independent advice to people struggling and got their hands dirty helping them navigate some very serious service failures.

I find this group very helpful, I've seen so many people get things sorted thanks to the help the admin provide, cannot fault them! They are also very informative when you need information. Thank you so much for using your spare time to help people.

Gemma and her team are a wealth of knowledge and offer great advice and guidance. The team are so kind and compassionate, and Gemma spends so much of her time helping others at all hours of the day. Her page is a safe space and she nips any unkindness and judgemental comments in the bud straight away. Thanks for all your hard work.

What a great group for supporting people with energy bills, tariffs and just all things energy! As we know these can be an absolute minefield to understand. This group makes it clear to understand and support vulnerable people in times of crisis.

It's a group that doesn't tolerate rudeness or bullying I suggest the 3 1 star reviews are from people who are from those people who have been banned. A new member was really rude to me about my benefits and Gemma removed him immediately and checked I was okay. Gemma and her team spend hours getting vulnerable people reconnected who have had horrendous treatment from their suppliers.

Amazing information & help when needed. Very informative & always up to date with the latest information. Professional, friendly & supportive. Highly recommend to everyone. Thank you for all your hard work.

I can’t thank Gemma enough! I was in a never ending spiral with British Gas. They made my life hell and this impacted in my mental health.
After seeing the group I joined and expressed my problem looking for advice from fellow members. Gemma had seen my question , between her and another gentleman they helped me in personally dealing with BG. I had no more bullying phone calls from BG or ridiculous answers when I rang them. This group truly saved me from a nervous breakdown, no exaggeration! Everyone who works in the group is just so kind and very understanding. Have since moved to Octopus Energy and have never been more happy. Thanks to Gemma recommending them I now have no fear of talking to them.
