Our Heating system and Aga failed within days of each other and this was last Autumn and it was cold. We contacted our Aga firm who installed and serviced the Aga for 18 years and they were totally unhelpful and would send someone out in about 2 weeks. We contacted Energy Systems and they put themselves out to get an Engineer out that day! The Engineer sorted out both problems showing great professionalism and knowledge.

For the second year I have had to call an engineer back to repair the unit after a service of it. It was fine before it was serviced.

I had a swift response, having been left with a heat exchanger problem by another engineer. Energy Systems engineer (Nick) was knowledgeable, efficient and reassuring. I have already informed the secretary that I will be relying on their engineers to look after my central heating system from now on. Feel very confident in their reliability.

Excellent, consistant service, the same engineer has serviced the boiler for 10 years.
When the boiler broke down, engineers attended within 24 hours and sorted the problem.

We have used Energy Systems since 2015 when they took over the previous company Oil Services South West. Still get the same engineer who does a very good job and is pleasant and efficient. They send us a reminder when our service is due and it is easy to make an appointment for the engineer's visit. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for - if I was looking for a company to service a boiler I would not go for the cheapest nor the most expensive, in the middle is the place to be.

The engineer arrived when we had arranged, and simply conducted the boiler service smoothly and efficiently. He raised some concerns, but not critIcal ones, and left us with clear instructions and a tidy installation. I don’t see what more he could have done - full marks!

Our Rayburn was a cantankerous old 'man', but no more thanks to Bob from Energy Systems. Highly recommended.

Following service inspection of my Oil Tank, a faulty valve was spotted. It was suggested to me that Energy systems should be contacted.
Given it took 3 visits to sort out and totally replaced the requested failed valve (which was planned for the first visit), they did respond to all emails and phone communication very promptly, and visited within days of request. Overall, despite problems, the staff were always very professional from office to technical visiting staff.
Given I will be in the market soon for new tank and boiler, I would consider Energy Systems

We use Energy Systems every year to service our oil-fired boiler because they are excellent. Very knowledgeable, friendly service engineer who gets the job done quickly and well.
