Hi I had a very poorly Zafira and knew it wasn't good so contacted Engine Reborn and was amazed how quickly it went along and before I knew it the car was being collected. The man who collected was brilliant and advised how good Engine Reborn was and how many cars they do. They kept me up to date all the way through the process and sent videos and photos which was also helpful. Now I did say I thought it was sickly and there was a lot more wrong with the car as I guessed. I spoke to Danny and he advised all that was wrong and even said i could get the parts if I felt I could get cheaper. I just got them to do what was needed and although it was a lot more I knew that these bits were not covered in the original quote. The information all the way through was 1st class and didn't even realise that the MOT had run out, but even this wasn't an issue as they just got it done for us. I was also away during the work being done and couldn't answer my phone all the time and even this wasn't an issue as they were very patient and precise. This company is very fast and will sort your car as i now have a car that works beautifully and my wife is over the moon so thank you guys. Thanks to the guy that collected and dropped the car off as great addition to the Engine Reborn Team as he was there exactly when he said he would be so built confidence. I have a Toyota Avensis verso (2003)
With 103,000 miles plus on it.
Had issues with big oil leaks everywhere.
I decided to fix it rather than buy another second hand car with its own unknown problems.
As i know my car well and have done a lot of work on it myself.
Plus its ULEZ exempt.
I searched online and came across Engine Reborn Ltd within my budget Which had good reviews and i took the plunge and took my car there after initial quote to have the engine stripped and rebuilt.
They can arrange for tow truck - so i didn’t have to. And it was a quick and convenient process to get the car there.
Danny (the owner) sent videos of different stages of work.
You have to understand that once they open engine up they may find other hidden problems (which are only apparent once you start stripping parts)so be prepared to pay for additional parts if needed to do the job properly (this is not a cheap quick fix job)
I did have major problems internally with engine, namely crack in cylinder head and cylinder block liners damaged and a few other things. And advised on other parts.
I was disappointed and the thought of “here we go , this is how they make their money” crossed my mind.
But if you think about it , they are doing what you asked them to do- Rebuild your engine!
Maybe i didn’t realise that it would cost me much more than initial quote but YOU have to read the paper work properly and have leeway to pay for the unforeseen.
Danny is an honest straight forward guy that is very proud of his engine work and truly believes in giving the customer what he promises and tries to be as transparent and helpful as he can in a very busy place.
He quickly found the parts for my car which are very hard to source and did the extra leg work to get the job done.
All in all it cost a little more than i wanted but the car runs beautifully and no more anxiety and oil puddles on my driveway…should be good for another 100,000 miles…as i will maintain it better than previous owner did…
If you want your engine rebuilt, then Engine Reborn is as good as any…

Don’t use this service it’s not good take your £1000 deposit then collect the vehicle then send out contact information for you to sign then they tell you you have got to pay twice the amount they said in first place and the answer is read contact got you by the….. you don’t get any money back he tells you you may owe more mental

My car was in with 4 garages prior to taking it to Danny at Engines reborn Ltd, within a week he had told me the issue and how we could get the car sorted and back on the road, really impressed with the level of communication on the works progress, would definitely recommend to everything, Danny did his upmost to help and accommodate my budget

I have just gone through a difficult period of the true cost of my car. Having broken my 3 litre engine I went to EB Ltd and they did work wonders on it. But to any one going down the engine rebuild route, please be aware that the costs do mount upon when they break open the block. Having said that, EBL were excellent with their communication, advising as to the progress and giving video evidence. Their pricing (although always going to be painful) was fair and clear. They were also open to challenge and compromise.
On balance, a fair and honest company which can be trusted to deliver.

Being a cab driver, I used many mechanics, these guys done my car gear box and done a wonderful job. Very honest and professional people. Hats off guys, keep it up and thanks from bottom of my heart.

Engine Reborn Ltd brought my 2012 Toyota Prius back to life through reconditioning / replacement parts of the engine. Their reconditioning and parts replacement has given second life to my toyota prius engine, and i drove back 80 miles and it ran perfectly with no previous issues it had in sight. Communication was proactive, the turnaround time reasonable, and their transparent approach was appreciated, they also provided a pick up service which is great as its hard to find ! Driving post-reconditioning is an absolute pleasure. I admit I was hesitant at first to get my engine reconditioned but I can say I recommend Engine reborn LTD for anyone seeking top-notch vehicle restoration , they put your worries at ease by sending videos and photos of the vehicle.

I would like to thank Danny and his team at reborn for doing a first class service on my F-Pace jaguar … They did a rebuild of the engine and kept me updated all way with videos and messages of the progress…I’ve had the car back three weeks now and it drive a 110% thanks again brilliant job done

I was nervous about giving someone the go ahead for an engine rebuild on my Range Rover, however the team at Engine Reborn Ltd. Were very professional and kept me up to date throughout the entire process with videos, photos and calls. Would recommend.

Danny and his Colleagues are definitely the people to see if you want your engine Reborn. They will tell you the untarnished facts about what needs to be done, and then do exactly what they said they would to ensure years more trouble-free motoring. Remember they cannot tell you exactly what's wrong until they strip the engine so the initial quote is to make sure they can get to this point. I needed a couple of extra things repaired. Danny made sure I was made aware of the choices so that I was able to not only get back on the road but improve the engine. They went out of their way to fit a new catalytic convertor and clutch which required some modification. Danny will only do the work to above excellent standards this is the place to go if you want the work done properly. Totally recommend them!!

Could not fault Engine Reborn, great customer service, kept us up to speed with progress at every step with helpful photos and videos. Danny and his team worked wonders with our Hyundai Santa Fe going above and beyond to get our engine repaired and us back on the road. Please remember if using any engine repair company that initial estimates are just that and until an engine is stripped down it is impossible to know the full extent of any problem. Danny at Engine Reborn literally brought my 2009 Mini Cooper S back to life and it now drives like a new car! Genuinely a lovely guy who's just completely at home under the bonnet of a car and even though rebuilding and reconditioning this sporty car was quite a challenge, he kept at it until it was running like a dream. His communication over WhatsApp was super helpful and he regularly supplied video updates of the car during the work being done. Just been back to get the first service under warranty and am very happy. I'd totally recommend this business.

Danny and his team brought back to life a car that had been sitting on our driveway for nearly 10 months with the engine in bits (cutesy of another garage) in the boot.
His original quote wasn’t the cheapest but he provided a solution that no one else did, another recon engine (supply/fit) rather than repair my old one. Whilst I pondered over the quote, and went back to him 2.5 weeks later, price had jumped £450!! Although wasn’t happy with this and couldn’t understand why that much I went ahead - glad I did as the team done a cracking job, and at speed. I used the opportunity to get the clutch replaced and few other ancillaries. Danny got me those parts at his discounted rates :) This helped offset the increase in price for engine.
Kept me updated with photos & video snapshots.
At times I did have to wait to replies to my calls/texts which was little frustrating and had to mention to Danny. He explained it was because they were very busy ….. which is evident when you go see their garage. He took my feedback on board and got better with comms.

I would say is ensure you understand what you’re paying for as per agreed quote and what are additional costs before works have started, so is no ambiguity. Also to advise Danny likes to payment after each agreed section of works is complete, with full payment before you go to collect vehicle, and I like to hold little back until I have fully inspected the finished product.

Overall very pleased with service - thank you! Have already recommended Danny to others.
