The house we are buying is mid 19th century so were advised to go for a level 3 survey. We also opted to pay extra for the drone survey as parts of the roof were not accessible from street level. The survey Joe compiled was extremely detailed and ran to 121 pages! It was logically laid out and the pictures in particular were very clear. We are glad we opted for the higher level of survey for the host of extra detail and information that was provided. Would certainly be happy to use this company again.

We are buying an older property, Barn built in 1788, so was advised to consider a RICS level 3 survey. I wanted to use a local company rather than national company, so opted for England. They were reasonably priced, not the cheapest, (but do you want the cheapest for something like this?) but certainly not the most expensive. They were efficient from point of booking, they had arranged the visit within an hour, attended as booked and reported back with a telephone conversation prior to receiving the report, the whole process took 4 days from booking. Thankfully, nothing major, I paid extra for the cost of repairs element to be included in the report, which was clear and comprehensive. The report gave me strength to my arm to negotiate a reduction in price which made it worthwhile.

We were extremely pleased with the service. The report was thorough, clearly explained in plain language, and supported by plenty of detailed photographs. We're especially glad we opted for the drone survey, which provided valuable insights into the condition of the roof and chimneys - details that would likely have been missed with a standard visual inspection. The turnaround time was quick, and the cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. We would definitely use this service again and highly recommend it to others.

Would highly recommend. We had a level 3 survey completed on a property and because of the comprehensive report, we were able to make an informed decision about pulling out of the purchase. Due to the level of service we received the first time round, we instructed EPS to complete a level 2 survey on another property.

I found England Property Survey on a comparison website and checked the reviews. The service and competitive rate I received was excellent. I got the level 3 building survey by Ben and his in depth survey stopped me from purchasing a house that would have taken ALOT of my money. Problems with the roof and chimney - two big expensive costs. I will be using this company again once I find another house! I also got my report the next day! Highly recommend.

Got a quote online and survey arranged for the following week. Great communication leading up to the survey and the report was very to come back. It was very thorough and detailed. Very happy with the whole service and very competitively priced. Would definitely recommend them and use them again!

This was very well organised and concise, whilst still being comprehensive. Additionally, England Property Surveys went above and beyond by calling us up after surveying the property to explain findings and discuss what the report means going forward. We asked this company to provide a level 3 survey on a property. We had an incredibly comprehensive report with us within 3 working days of the completion of the on site survey, with excellent detail and clear pictures of the findings. The use of the drone survey is definitely a must-have add on as it provided additional information that we wouldn't otherwise have had. Would 100% use again.

From receiving a quote to receiving the report, my whole experience with England Property Surveys Ltd was fantastic. After receiving a few Level 3 building survey quotes for an old cottage we were purchasing, initially I was a little sceptical as England Property Surveys uncut other surveyors by around £100. After chatting on the phone to a lovely lady who explained the process, we decided to go ahead and happy to say, we have no regrets. Everything was taken care of by England Property Surveys who kindly arranged a date and time with our seller. The report came through within a couple of days after the inspection and was 117 pages of in depth descriptions, recommendations and evidence with lots of photos to help visualise the findings. I had a phone conversation with Joe, our surveyor, who walked me through the report, happy to answer any questions I had. All in all, a great experience at a great price and an expertly run company with very friendly and professional staff.
