We would absolutely recommend England Property Surveys, had Ben do a survey for our to be house (which we now have moved into) in Bramley and genuinely had such a wonderful experience. The survey was so in depth, and thoroughly informative, super easy to understand which was so crucial to us as first time buyers. But, what stood out the most was Ben’s exceptional customer service, for what we paid he delivered more, I managed to call and get through to him straight away; and he gave me all the advice and answers to anything I’d asked, when I told our estate agent, she was shocked as in the industry she shared that’s it really rare to have 1:1 time with surveyors, this was obviously something Ben had done to go above and beyond - thanks so much! Would 100% recommend.

I've used England Property Surveys twice now and I would use again if necessary. I've ordered 2 level 3 surveys and I'm really happy with the report. They are very professional and thorough and went through all the items I requested, where possible. I also ordered a drone survey, which I think is really useful in order to be able to see the roof and chimney flues in great detail. I absolutely recommend their services.

I was apprehensive at first as choosing a company was daunting due to number available! When l first called the services were explained to us as we were unsure which level of survey to have. Any questions were answered on the phone and in follow up emails or phone calls.
We would like to thank Olivia for the extensive and detailed report. From start to finish she was polite, approachable and very thorough. Olivia arrived on time as arranged and set about her work immediately, asking questions she need to know about our property. We found England Property Survey on a comparison site we opted for the level 3 building report taking into account the age of the property we opted for the drone survey which provided detailed photographs of the condition of the roof and chimneys which would have been missed with just a standard inspection we would definitely recommend this.
