We recently requested a Level 2 Survey, we were contacted almost immediately back by this company, I believe by Ben Free. The survey was set up in a timely manner and we received the report within 3 working days as expected, this company was also one of the most reasonably priced, as we received quotes from quite a few companies. To say the price was reasonable, there was no compromise on the service and level of detail of the survey. We were more than satisfied with the level of detail in the report and we feel it was worth every penny as it helped to identify a number of issues with the property. Our survey was completed by Ben and all of our dealings have been with him, he also reassured us that we can contact him directly if we had any further questions following receipt of the report. A professional, well priced, friendly and efficient company and service. Would highly recommend.

I researched several surveyors online and was fortunate enough to come across England Property. I was content with what I researched and even more at ease when I realised they were local. I filled in the online form and I was contacted by Joe on the same day and within 24 hours he had organised a survey of the property I wanted to purchase. Joe performed a level 3 survey and a very
comprehensive report was received a few days later. The report identified possible structural movement and recommended further investigation. On Joes advice this was completed and Joe's concerns were spot on. We have since retracted our offer on the propety and found another which I will be using Joe's services again, just to make sure. On the companies website it states 'a mortgage valuation is not a survey' and I think this is the best advice. It may cost pennies at the start of your search for a new home but do it right and it can save you thousands later on down the line. Highly recommended.

Very professional service from Joe - He produced a comprehensive report to the agreed timetable. We had a level 3 report that was informative and practical. I would recommend the drone survey for the roof - photos supplied were really useful.

We were really happy with the service we received from Joe. After putting in our details into a comparison website we got lots of calls and emails form all sorts of national cheap surveyors. Fortunately we also got a quote from Joe. We saw that they are a new Business and Surveyor but we really liked that they were actually local.
We opted for a Level 3 RCIS Building Survey.
After paying the Fee they have booked in the Inspection with the Agents for a week later without us having to act as middle man.
We were told we get our Survey within 3 working days but we already received it one day after the inspection.
The report was very extensive and detailed. It felt like every little crack and corner of the property was inspected and documented.
Get a survey done when buying a house! £500 might feel like alot of money when buying a house, but that £500 will save you a lot of money down the line.

Joe was very helpful over the phone and did everything seamlessly, I didn;t know it would be so simple and easy to get it done. Got the Lvl 3 survey and the report was super comprehensive and detailed, and gave us good insights into our residential purchase. After receiving numerous quotes we decided to go with England Property Surveys as there price was good and the report covered all the aspects important to us.

Fantastic service from Joe and the team. I received the report well within the timescale for receipt and was really pleased with how comprehensive the report was. Id been sceptical as to whether a survey was worth it and had heard stories that surveys didn't tell you much but this has completely changed my view. I'm really happy I chose to have it done. The website provided great advice as to which level of survey would be suitable for my property. The price was really reasonable and the report is so useful as it will help me not only assess what urgent work needs doing on the house (thankfully not too much) but will also help me know which repairs ill need to think about tackling in the future. Overall I'm really happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend this company.

Joe was very professional and provided us with an in depth and easy to read survey. I was a bit worried as this was the first property I’ve ever bought but I immediately felt at ease after reading the report I was provided with. They also got in touch with me really quickly after I enquired and made sure I received my survey in the time frame they gave me.

Joe was absolutely brilliant from the offset. Fast communication, above and beyond service, more than fair pricing and a trust worthy job.
The survey was made simple to understand (which is almost unheard of!) with pictures attached to know what parts are being referenced where.
5 star service on every point, with a very thorough report, outlining what needs fixing and approximate costs.
I had the survey done on Friday and received a full report by Tuesday.

England Property Surveys Ltd were able to carry out the level 3 building survey in a timely manner. The report was emailed to me within 2 days. The survey report was indepth, but easy to understand, it contained evidentiary photographs of certain areas that were a potential problem. Joe was available to discuss the report with me.
