Second time seeing Dr Williams after great results from my 1st op. The team supporting him are great and it all goes very smoothly.

I am a 41 year old man who has had an hair transplant at Enhance Hair Restoration.
From my first phone call and consultation to walking out of the door with my head bandaged up I was treated with nothing but friendliness and professionalism.
The doctor and staff were amazing to talk to and put my mind at ease all the way through the operation which created a calming ambience for me to relax in.
Nothing seemed to be rushed and the day went smoothly as my dedicated team performed my FUE procedure!
If it is your first time having cosmetic surgery it is really hard to choose a company that you can trust in but the reason I chose Enhance was that they had the best before and after pictures on their website and instagram page. Plus they have really good reviews!
From this I had to go with my instincts and I’m so glad I did.

I had my surgery yesterday and so can't comment on results yet. However, my experience on the day was very good; the staff were friendly and helpful and the surgery was straightforward and with no delays.

Professional and empathetic throughout, surgeon very attentive and caring.Team , yes team worked tirelessly together and went out of the way to answer my questions. My only gripe would be that at interview I was told I would need 2500 grafts to achieve what I wanted and then during procedure I was told I may need 1000-1500 more which had I known beforehand could have been agreed.

I had procure done January 23. The results are simply amazing. Steve was my first port of call and he is totally honest in his approach. He answers all your questions and is realistic about managing one’s expectations. Everyone is, of course, different but the surgeon’s skill is truly amazing. I would never use another company and highly recommend them. A big heartfelt thank you to Steve, the surgeon and all the wonderful team. They have made me very happy and you can’t put a price on that.

Coming off the back of a second fue transplant yesterday using the team at enhance hair restoration.
They made it a very easy process from beginning with the consultation to the actual fue procedure.
I was greeted with a warm welcome on both occasions, and talked through everything that the day would consist of and asked if I had any questions or queries.
Both transplants went very well and I’m very pleased.

I had an FUE treatment 2456 grafts at Enhance Hair Restoration Clinic back in December 2022, so I am now at the 13 months stage post procedure.

Before deciding to go to the Enhance I had consultations with a few other places (some cheaper, some more expensive). Based on the consultations I had it was clear to me straight away that this was the place for me, Steve’s knowledge and considerate, caring manner was good from the start.

On the day of the procedure, I had a great, friendly team with the best surgeon and Lexie the nurse, supported by other great technicians. The facilities in Joseph House are fantastic.
 
During the procedure the initial aesthetic was a little discomfort but apart from this I was watching Netflix and eating snacks throughout the day pain free.


Post procedure the support provided by Steve has been second to none. He has always been super responsive, supportive, and helpful via WhatsApp. Thanks Steve! I had no pain in my recovery and was straight forward, Seeing my before photos at my review appointment was great.
 
I can’t thank Enhance and the medical team enough. This has given me so much confidence and I only wished I did this sooner. 

One thing that everyone must be aware of is that post-procedure the most important thing is to be patient.

I had an appointment and spoke to the consultant, they made it sound like an easy straight forward and positive procedure. So I paid the required deposit of £1000. I went home but slowly started having doubts, so I did my own research and found that it’s not as they said it would be. They failed to tell us about possible infection and the amount of pain that would I endure. I didn’t feel comfortable with going through with the procedure so I contacted them to cancel but they said that It was past the 5 day cancellation period, I cancelled on day 11 and the procedure was booked for 1 month after I cancelled. They told me that I wouldn’t have my deposit back and I had to pay £625 on top of the £1000. We have written to the head office and they have said that as a gesture of good will they won’t take the £625 but they are keeping the £1000. We are taking it further by contacting trading standards and a solicitor, it’s a lot of money. We think it’s absolutely appalling, so be careful when booking procedures with them.

I have been worried about having a hair transplant for a long time, however I was recommended to speak to Enhanced Hair Restoration from work. Following speaking to them, I felt at ease about the procedure and even when I was ill and had to rearrange the appointment, they sorted this immediately. On the day of the procedure, they were polite, professional and very friendly and down to earth. They helped with my anxieties going into the procedure and were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They followed up after the procedure and have been on hand for any queries that I have.

Firstly, I want to say thank you to Steve and the sales team. From start to finish, Steve was very accessible and knowledgeable and made my decision to choose Enhance Hair Restoration an easy one.

Secondly, a massive thank you to Dr Zeeshan Gauher, Stef, Lexi, Phoenix and all the others who helped on the day of my surgery. The day itself, despite a rocky start with me being late, went as smooth and as comfortable as I couldve hoped. The team made me feel extremely at ease, settling in with music and then Netlflix. I’m 3 days post op, and the aftercare has been brilliant with a follow up phone call consultation. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my initial results and I am excited to see how it progresses!

The doctor was very informative and helpful in explaining all I needed to know. He made me feel at ease. They are all very good people and professional. I didn’t want to travel so far. But it was worth the trip. The team are amazing. I’d go back again. They looked after me very well.

So, so happy with the treatment and the customer service. The information and communication pre, during, and post procedure was brilliant, and on the day they made me feel at ease and explained fully how the day would go. The treatment itself went very well, they really know what they are doing, and I'm so, so happy I chose to go with this company.
