Well I've finally finished my treatment and I must say??it was nothing like I expected. The hole process was fantastic.no pain comfortable relaxing listening 2 music.this guy Christian is going places.hes made me feel 30 again and I'm nealy 60.it was amazing experience and I would highly recommend it.thanks again Christian 4 making me feel great again.i wish u all the look in the future. The friendly and approachable staff are always on hand to discuss anything with me and to answer all my questions. The information I received prior to my procedure helped me to make an informed decision on what treatment would be best for me. On the day of my procedure I felt assured that I was in capable hands due to the high level of professionalism and attitude of all staff members. From the moment I arrived in the morning and was warmly greeted by the receptionist until the very time I left in the late afternoon, the care, attention and treatment I received from all the staff was exceptional! The friendliness and professionalism of the staff helped manage any anxiety I had whilst awaiting and during my medical procedure. Attention to detail was superb and the care I received (even tea, coffee and lunch!) was first class. As the day progressed I felt more and more reassured that I was in very safe hands, from the nurses right through to the superb surgeon himself. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this clinic.

well first we had an initial consultation with Steve Norris who was excellent at reassuring us and made us feel very confident in trusting Enhance medical group. overall the service and treatment by the team of surgeons and consultants down to the aftercare was amazing as was the results post surgery. thank you for an amazing experience.

All went very well.
Highly recommended the transplant was top class and the follow up with phone calls and texts was excellent.

Staff made me feel comfortable and well looked after. I was never short of snacks (although potentially a couple of fruit options would have been appreciated) and was kept entertained throughout a long day with option to watch the television provided.
I was regularly checked on for my comfort levels and given good guidance for after care.
The following day I received a check up call as promised. A very positive experience.

I am now 11 months on from my beard transplant and I couldn't be happier. I had around 1300 grafts by way of FUE by Dr. Krishnan to fill in my cheeks with density and a good beard line. I was very well taken care of throughout the day of my surgery, and put at ease by the staff who are both professional and personable.

6 months on I had some concerns over growth (I'm very impatient), but was assured this was perfectly normal and then the 'hair burst' stage completely changed everything. From straggly and wispy facial hair, to a fully fledged beard.

I kept this transplant a secret from everyone, bar my wife and have managed to go completely under the radar with family and friends. Not once did anyone query if I've had something done, as the recovery is very quick and painless.
The only comments I've had are compliments and "how do you now have a solid beard??", to which I shrug off and blame on being a late bloomer.
My confidence has sky rocketed and can hold my head high as a man with a beard.

I was put at ease by all the staff being welcoming, kind and very informative. Everything was explained to me step by step and I was made comfortable throughout the day's procedure. I was nervous on arrival but soon found I didn't need to be.
Post op instructions were comprehensive and clear. I was able to feel I was welcome to get back in touch with them if any issues arose, which didn't happen. I felt the procedure was very successful.

Dr Krishnan came highly recommended by another physician. What could have been a traumatic experience, was easy to endure, due Dr Krishnan’s advice, professionalism, expertise and patience. Steve’s support was excellent prior to the procedure and Lexi, Phil and Amanda contributed to my good experience on the day of the procedure.

I’ve previously given 5 stars for my initial consultation with Steve prior to booking the procedure. I had the hair transplant yesterday a long procedure being over 3000 grafts to front and crown and have to say it was a very impressive experience. Whilst a surgical procedure conducted in a very state of the art, modern facility in Birmingham in a professional manor by all concerned. It was also relaxing and stress free. From reception to nursing and technical staff to the senior consultant Dr Ganesh Krishnan I was treated with consideration, care and professionalism from arrival to departure. I was guided through each stage and being older could have as many comfort breaks as I required 😊 Had snacks and drinks available all day and given lunch between unit extraction and placement. During my placement I was able to watch Netflix on the large TV in the operating room. Prior to leaving I was given an explanation of what to do next and all medical care, saline spray, pain killers, swabs, pillow cover, Neck comfort pillow etc and booklet on post opp care notes. After a comfortable nights rest at home I have no swelling and no pain today and my hair line looks better than I had anticipated. Thank you to all involved you are a credit to your profession. Highly recommend. I am a retired FTS250 business Director so I have high expectations and my expectations were exceeded by this professional and caring business who obviously value customer satisfaction

I went to enhance medical group to ask for a hair transplant !! As I am female I didn’t know for sure what they could do. I was over the moon when after being assessed the answer was yes. I went from being on the verge of ordering a wig to a full promise of hope. I had my hair transplant in July 2022. No pain just some discomfort and swelling. 13 months on I have a success story!! This wonderful company will only carry out procedures if they are 100% sure it will work. They really do care about their clients and want to make us smile. The whole team are truly amazing. These procedures are not cheap but if one wants the best results then they are worth every penny. The surgeon is truly skilled and I had no problem deferring to his expertise.

On another note, a word about the Patient Advocate, Steve Norris, he is a true gentleman and totally honest about what and cannot be achieved. This is important if one is to have realistic expectations. Lastly, the outcome has been truly amazing and life changing for me and for that I thank the whole team.
