I was client of this company for three years. Last year, they changed something in my contract and started to charge me way over 1.2 euros per smc of gas. This year's bill in winter the gas more than doubled last year's bill, despite the gas being significantly cheaper. Obscure bill, difficult to read, with cryptic numbers. In my new company, with only two pages everything is clear and again the normal price.

Installed solar panels/batteries and had nothing but problems, paid 189 for them to come out, they came out but diddent fix the problem. WIFI not working is a known problem that they ignor, power limit problem and the list goes on, avoid this company

Absolutely disastrous from beginning to end. The online sign up form doesn’t work (after entering information for 10 minutes). I had to call them to sign up. The customer service was absolutely useless and took my email address wrong so I was unable to log into my account as I didn’t know how they’d mispelled it and could not find the account with my codice fiscale (?!).
I had to create several gmail accounts trying different misspellings of my name to finally be able to access my account and set up payments. This took 6 months.
On top of this they’ve been given a license by Israel to exploit gas fields in illegally occupied Palestinian waters.

They called me because a problem in the contract, we spoke 50 minutes on phone, she spoke italian (I dont speak Italian but they did nothing to help) , then they canceled contract saying wrong timing🤯🤯 didnt let me do new one
Online chat, disrespectful costumer service, I have screenshots of them telling me to find new supplier when they caused the problem and I did nothing.no answers given and for no reason

Terrible experience. Had requested by phone to put my name instead of my mother's since she has passed away. Was told by the operator that the change was free in case of death. Received now the invoice with over 150 euros in fees to move the two electricity bills and the one gas. Will now move to Sorgenia given the lower costs and better service.
After 6 weeks of requesting their services, signing all the necessary forms/contracts and providing the required documentation, the process was simply canceller unilaterally. And I just found out after several phone calls, in which firstly I was informed the processed was delayed, only to find out later on that the entire process was cancelled.
