Good price, good quality. Happy about my delivery problem has been solved perfectly.

I have such a bad experience shopping on EnorHome, I ordered 2 table extensions, only one arrived, afterwards I sent two emails, I want to know what’s going on, no replies at all. Either refund the money for the missing item, or send me the missing item, however, surely won’t shopping again on EnorHome

Very friendly service, I had a few great conversations with the team at Enor whilst planning my purchases. The team kept me up to date with the shipping situation as a result of COVID and fluctuating stock levels. I'm well aware of a number of design companies - including Hubsch - having production and shipping problems as a result of COVID but also an increase in shipping congestion, that's why Hubsch couldn't produce their Christmas collection this year. All items arrived in great condition, the prices are very fair, and the products are very well curated. Thankyou. Ps. I love your Hubsch range!

Update on our order

Update on our order, despite 4 promised delivery dates there is no sign of our order
6th December placed the order as the website said delivery within 2-6 days, immediately received an email to say one item not in stock and the other would be delayed and delivered within 5- 7 days, then we promised the delivery would be before xmas, then the delivery would be before the New Year , then the delivery would be this week!
Covid and customs are the reasons the company use as an excuse for the failed delivery, we have been in this pandemic for almost two years so why does your website promise 4- 6 days likewise with customs that enorhomes claim can take up to 10 days! the company have had 874 euros of our money for the past 32 days, as there is no sign of each of the items we request a full refund as we are not prepared to wait indefinitely for our goods, stop making false promises
