Really nice people who supply great products
It was with some post-Brexit trepidation that I ordered a hanging chair from Enor Home Shop - following many horror stories regarding personal imports from the EU. I am glad to say that my worries were misplaced. The tracked shipment arrived on time and in perfect condition - as smoothly as it would within the UK.
Enor’s customer service was outstanding and the product is beautiful and well built.

Came across this website by accident as I was looking for a specific dining chair. Turns out they had a huge range of colours and fabrics in the chair I wanted. I had emailed to double check if the item I wanted was in stock and the responses were lightening fast!! Enor processed my order in a week and then it took 4 days to deliver. That’s quicker than any delivery I’ve had in the past year. Amazing!
I had been let down by cfs (another online furniture company) my delivery date kept getting delayed each time it was supposed to arrive.

Excellent customer service from Mette. I ordered from the UK and at first was a little apprehensive as I couldn’t find much information when I googled and searched social media for reviews on Enor Home. I had found them randomly after searching online for a Nanna Ditzel Egg Chair.
Enor Home don’t have a huge social media presence but do not let that put you off ordering. After a quick telephone call to Mette, she soon put my mind at rest and she arranged my order via email, Mette was so professional and helpful. My order arrived within less than a week and I couldn’t have been happier. I purchased the Nanna Ditzel Egg Chair and it’s absolutely beautiful....I have since ordered another.
