Hi Caroline, really sorry you have not received your order this is the first we have heard you have had issues with this order. I've checked your order and it was picked up by DPD so should have been delivered for you. I believe there is current delays with all deliveries due to the festive period but this doesn't excuse your parcel not being delivered. I will speak to DPD and then one of the team will give you a call this morning.
