I love this company! I’ve been buying jewelry from them for about five to seven years and every piece is such high-quality. I’ve never had a piece of jewelry break and I’ve never had them turn me green. They ship so fast and in such adorable packaging. 10/10 will definitely buy again!

Wore the lily of the valley necklace and bracelet to a wedding and got so many compliments on it! Shipping was quick and their site is easy to use. Will order again for sure:)

I am very satisfied with the service and the jewelry. I ordered 2 bracelets. They were packed very carefully to ensure they would not be damaged. You can wear the jewelry in water and all day long without it coming off or becoming unsightly; the material is top-notch! I immediately placed another order after noticing that the jewelry was both beautiful and of good quality.

The package arrived on time without any damage !

Was abit skeptical at first after seeing mixed reviews online but saw an influencer with a really pretty necklace and I thought why not gave it a try and ordered 2 necklaces and a bracelet. They were bigger pieces than i thought and really pretty. I also keep getting compliments on them whenever i wore them out! Really happy with it! Will definitely go back to purchase more! Already eyeing a few pieces! ❤️

The jewelry is beautiful and I was so excited to wear it, but after a single day of wearing a bracelet, it broke and after five days of wearing a necklace that broke too the only piece that I have worn that has held up from them is a ring which that’s not saying much because that’s almost impossible to break overall I would say the quality is just not worth the price like yeah they look great but if I can’t wear them then it’s pointless

I ordered several pieces from En Route Jewelry and overall I really liked the designs. Everything looked like the photos on the website, which is always nice when ordering jewelry online.

My biggest issue has been the inconsistency in quality. The Whimsical Romance Stone Bracelet snapped after only two days, and the Waterdrop Necklace was frustrating because it kept tangling my hair. **The replacement necklace does it much less, but it still happens occasionally.

UPDATE:
Customer service reached out after I shared photos and videos and sent me a replacement package for both the bracelet and necklace, which I've now received. I'm happy with how they handled everything and I genuinely appreciated being taken seriously. It doesn't completely make up for the issues I had with the products, but good customer service means a lot and left me with a much better impression of the brand.

The quality of the items is really low. The jewellery tarnishes quickly and details literally fall off. I ordered 4 items from them and all of them have had pearls fall out and/or brass showing through the silver after only a few wears. They replaced them for me which was good but even with the replacements the same things happened very quickly. Details falling off & obvious tarnishing.
The price for the items is good but you can definitely see why they are priced so low.

As a sensitive skin girlie I really love the pieces from En Route. There’s no irritation and they don’t lose their colour! 10/10 would recommend !

I bought two necklaces, they are fantastic, everybody keeps asking me where I got them from, they didn’t change color, actually, they are still so bright.
The site has a variety of jewelry, matching sets, i would totally buy all the collections if I could.

The jewellery is amazing! I've been wearing it nonstop (in the shower and to sleep) for weeks and it hasn't lost its shine or colour in any way.

My necklace and earrings arrived quickly and are very good quality. Have not turned my neck or ears green and i do shower in the earrings.
