No longer ensosuperfoods.com. When you type the address in it changes to liveitup or something similar. I either put my orders on hold or cancelled months back but can’t get into my account to know for sure. Now we are trying to sell the mass amounts of auto ships they sent us before we realized we had to not only write the company and say stop but to go into the account area try to find where it sneakily is hidden and go from there. We took it for over 6 months. I gagged it down as the taste is definitely natural. The mint to me makes it worse. That means I can’t add it to V8 or homemade juice or soups and stews. Nobody wants mint in their soup.

This company is now called Live It Up

This company is now called Live It Up. I didn’t discover them until they made the change. My first order went smoothly. However, when I emailed them about a very specific product question I got a response that had nothing to do with my question at all. I tried to clarify my question, and again they responded with other information that had nothing to do with what I needed.
I gave up and decided to just deal. So, the time came to place my second order. I got an email within hours saying it had shipped. Great! 5 days later, no shipment. I check the tracking info and it’s still sitting in New Jersey. I wait 24 hours, still sitting there. I email them to tell them I think it might be stuck. The reply I got was “I’m sorry to hear that, I’ll look into it.” I wait a day. Nothing. I email again. Nothing. I reach out on Facebook, and they reply “we are happy to tell you that your product has shipped!”
It took a total of 9 business days for my product to actually be shipped after they said it was shipped. Not once in any of my emails on either topic did I get a direct answer to my question. In my research I’ve found many other customers with similar issues. I’ve cancelled my subscription and am very hopeful that they honor that. Alot of other customers continue to be billed. I hope that doesn’t happen to me. There’s a million other companies to choose from, I’d steer clear of this one.

Live It Up/Enso Supergreens DOESN'T REFUND YOU

I have been purchasing Enso Supergreens because I love the flavor. (They are now Live It Up Supergreens) I also really loved Enso's Recharge tea. However, since they changed their business name, they also changed the name of Recharge to "Golden Hour." I needed to purchase some more since my Recharge bag is low, so I ordered a bag of Golden Hour. The new taste was horrible and left a bad after taste. The original Recharge had a wonderful scent and flavor. When I wrote them about a refund, they said "Refunds are for FIRST TIME customers ONLY and hoped I understood." I don't understand. Technically I am a first time customer under the new business name. Their website states "30 Day Money Back Guarantee," yet the refund policy states otherwise. NOBODY wants to buy from a company where you can't easily get refunded. I would also like to state that the company is constantly making changes. Changing business name, changing product names, changing product flavor. Without any consistency, why would a customer stay loyal? All I want is a refund because they changed their product and they can't even do that. DISAPPOINTED.

My gf got scammed by clicking a crap…

My gf got scammed by clicking a crap link on facebook that showed a comparison of all green drinks. This was sponsored with no real value. This product sucks with regard to taste and is far less superior with not enough third party testing or any reviews outside its website.
