They are unreliable
They are unreliable. You can't get any information out of them after you made the payment. In 3 and a half weeks after payment was made they still don't know when they will bring the battery. They installed the photovoltaic panels 3 and a half weeks ago and since then no call or email from them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I contracted with them in 2019 when they were called Tehnomir Energy. They were the only installer I could find with a decent webapp for the Government grant process (Casa Verde).
Unfortunately, I was then locked in. We finally received the solar panels in 2023, and with various issues (missing smart meter for a year, no response over support, etc.).
We are now supposed to be reimbursed the value of the government grant, which we paid upfront, but it has been over a year and they no longer can be reached over either email or phone support.

Honestly I wouldn't recommend this…
Honestly I wouldn't recommend this company....not even to my enemies...my journey with them started in 2019, even though at that time they had a different name. I paid them an advance in order to get government subsidies to install solar panel on the roof of the house, but they failed to implement my file. After that they told me the advance payment will be taken in consideration for the next sessions.........and after many years ( four) they installed the equipment in 2023 but they asked me to pay also the government subsidies if I want to have them installed sooner and that I'll be reimbursed after the government pays them back...I did so because I was tired to wait...and till today I still didn't got my money back...all the time they just tell me that my file was not yet reimbursed. So who knows if I'll ever get my money back...I'll write back when I'll get them.....so see you in 2030.
