I cannot speak highly enough of Enterprise Training. Their staff are polite, professional, and experienced in their field. I was apprehensive about attending an online course at first, but I found the trainer engaging with everyone and ensured his knowledge and course content were shared equally. Would definitely use Enterprise Training again.

I was kicked off of a pre paid Cpc…
I was kicked off of a pre paid Cpc training course today at 08:02 ( I personally think it was 08:01 but I'm not going to split hairs over a minute ), after having spoken to, and registered with the lemon who was taking the course at 07:30 same day. He claims to have requested my attendance at 07:55 , as the course commences at 08:00. Not true. In the email instructions the start time is confirmed as 08:00. I will speculate that he spent the first 10-15 mins with introductions as they do in most of these online cpc courses,so to be kicked out for such a minor misdemeanour , immediately, no interest as to why I was late, suggests to me that robbing the public must second nature to them. The only concession I will give is that they did say the course begins at 8am and if you are late, you will not be able to attend. Ok. But 1 or 2 minutes and no query as to why I was late !? It's a cpc course fellas, not a military operation.

You mention that the course “begins at 8am and if you are late, you will not be able to attend” — that is correct, and this is clearly outlined in both the booking confirmation and link email.
We have checked the recording and the instructor asks you to return by 07:55, which was also clearly displayed on screen prior to the course start time. This is because all candidates must be present and ready at the 08:00 start time.
While we understand that arriving at 08:01 or 08:02 may not feel like much time, DVSA regulations do not allow any flexibility on this point. These rules are strict and apply equally to all attendees, regardless of the reason.
Once the course has officially started, the instructor is not permitted to admit late participants. This isn’t a decision made at our discretion, but a requirement we must follow to remain compliant.
We do appreciate this is frustrating, which is why we make the timings and requirements as clear as possible in advance to help avoid situations like this.

Really good training company
Really good training company, from booking the theory’s to the test date was perfect. I did my training at ancoats with stu dad gaz and Mike. All the trainers are top notch, I had Stu for 4 of the 7 days he’s a top bloke very knowledgeable and very easy to get on with as are all the trainers, had Daz for 2 days he’s a really good guy and very knowledgeable and Gaz just for the day but also a really good trainer and good guy.your constantly learning new skills off each driving trainer. Had Mike for my test think he’s the guy who passes all his knowledge on to other drivers (send us that £10 if you read this Mike😂😂)he’s proper top bloke as well. Cannot go wrong with these lads, if your thinking about booking your course with enterprise do it, cheapest in Manchester but top quality instructors. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly professional and great attention…
Highly professional and great attention to detail. I’ve done the 5 days 6 module ADR course with tanks and passed. Over the moon with the material sent before hand to revise. The instructor we had was brilliant and highly experienced in the field and could answer any questions of concern we had. It’s no easy feet the ADR you have to put the effort in, but I’d highly recommend Enterprise. I’ll be returning in 5 years for the ADR update and future cpc. Thanks guys.

I’ve just completed the Driver and Workplace Health And Safety module for my CPC and it was such a great experience. It was as such a friendly and engaging course completed virtually and the host was extremely knowledgeable and ensured everyone remained engaged throughout the day. I have just passed my class 2 with the lads down at Pollard St east in Manchester all the staff were very helpful and had a great sense of humour to keep my nerves at bay even though my test was on April fools day thanks to Stuart and the rest of the team for a very good experience

Had Stuart for my training, unfortunately due to something I missed, I failed my 1st class 1 test, however on retest, he was a ton of help to my confidence not letting me dwell on the previous issue, as such I managed to pass it with ease, Definitely recommend Enterprise for any training!
