The best gaming and hobby store in the South. They moved last year to an even bigger site which is great! We've been shopping here since they first opened years ago in a tiny shop. They've grown so much and I think that shows that they obviously know what they are doing! Customer service has always been great and staff are very helpful.

The best wargaming shop in the south of the UK.

I called the store earlier to enquire if they had an item in stock, they did and I asked them to put it to one side which they said they would.

I drove 45 minutes from Southampton to be told when I got there that someone had purchased the item online and it was now unavailable.

Had they have told me this was a risk/possibility, I would have purchased the item online and picked it up.

I have now lost 90 minutes of my Sunday for absolutely nothing.

To say I’m angry, is an understatement!

Went in there with my daughter to buy some Pokémon cards. The staff was very unfriendly. Didn’t acknowledge us/greet us (we were the only customers in the shop) and it felt very hostile from the moment you walked in. Shop is very cramped. At one point, one employee just started at me (I wasn’t facing him, but turned around to view another product). I guessed I needed to move so I moved out the way and he acted very weird? didn’t ask if he could move past me or say excuse me, just started. Didn’t ask if we wanted the receipt at checkout either. My daughter did want the receipt but has anxiety so didn’t ask because of the awkward environment. It felt like we were inconveniencing him.

On the other hand, there were a lot of games to choose from so I’d recommend if you want a table top game.

Purchased a couple of FigPins for Birthday gifts. Item's were dispatched quickly and well packaged.

Great store, Always made to feel welcome by staff, unlike LVLUP.
Ed is a great laugh as are most of the staff and extremely knowledgable.

I have both gamed and shopped at entoyment. Every time I've been made to feel welcome and the service is exceptional. Competitive prices and a massive range of stock. Literally a hobby dream land

Now at Fleetsbridge business centre in Poole. This huge shop has an enormous stock of boardgames and wargames, it's my go-to centre for internet sales. Friendly and helpful staff. Many tables upstairs for gaming, they run tournaments and large multi-player games when they can.

Always friendly and helpful. When I couldn’t find a game on the shelf they took my details and called me when it was available. Their bring & buy sales are great

I have made 3 orders on this site, 2 of which couldn't be completed due to items being out of stock (despite the website saying in stock). On my 3rd order, I waited 2 days to get a message saying it was on back order with no expected date.Cancelled order (this is a Saturday) and they will look to refund on Monday
