Poor communication.
My order was over 12 days late - they advertise 5 day turnaround
If it was a day or two more , not a big deal but no replies to three days worth of calls and emails only to be told - sorry only - busy !

I'm not sure if it is because of the recent move in venues, but we had 2 orders come late this year. One took 14 business days to produce past the proof of design, which is 9 days more than the 5 day guarantee turnaround. Due to the late completion students didn't get their order before the winter holidays. It has made the students want to look into a different company to order clothes from.
Products are good quality, and communication is always good from the employees.

Product and turnaround time were great as always, There was a mistake on my invoice where an advertised discount was not applied--if I hadn't caught it, I would have inadvertently paid full price, and they neglected to send me an email to let me know that my product was ready for pickup. However, both of these concerns were remedied quickly when brought to their attention.

I have a picture from when I purchased my shirt and I clearly added poly bag. For some reason, this was not added on the order. I bought these shirts for my employees and had to bring them to a local printing place in town to have them all individually bagged. I contacted entripy twice about this, customer service representatives did not want to help in any manner, or offer any kind of reimbursement for your guys system, not adding poly bag to my order. If you check my account and the email I sent to you on my end, it did show that I selected Polly bag .
I had a shirt that was the wrong size that was sent, and I still haven’t received any notification on how you guys are going to fix this. Yes, it’s just one shirt but that’s $30 to me which is a lot of money. I would at least like one shirt sent out to me.

Finally got my order over 2 weeks after ordering and being told it would go out 3 different times and it's NOT EVEN CORRECT!
I am missing a hoodie and now one of my team members will not have the Christmas present they ordered for their parent.
It is VERY clear that smaller orders are not important to this company. All they do is say sorry and continue to give subpar service. This is not my 1st time having such issues with an order. I will not make this mistake again, I will find a company that values all their customers.

Do not order. We’ve spent the last week being told that our order would arrive. After multiple attempts to get an order delivered to our school, they delivered to the wrong address. This was after multiple calls and emails to get proofs completed and the order completed. I’ve had to follow up on multiple occasions. When the order arrived, it was less than half the order. As such, our students did not receive their orders on time for the school event. They should be ashamed of their indifference and dishonesty. They have been less than honest and provided multiple excuses. A horrible experience.

If there was a zero, I would choose it.
No phones work. Their deadlines are a joke. For a huge company, their wesbite, customer service and timelines should be better.
