Extremely Disappointed

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Service

I subscribed to Envato Elements to download WordPress themes, but most of the themes I tried were either broken, not as described, or simply didn’t work. Despite canceling my subscription shortly after and explaining the issue, they refused to refund my payment — simply because I had downloaded the files, regardless of their quality or functionality.

To make matters worse, the site is often down or extremely slow, making it frustrating to even browse or access what I paid for. Customer support was dismissive and inflexible, offering no real resolution.

Their refund policy feels intentionally rigid to avoid accountability, even when the products fail to deliver. I don’t recommend this service at all — especially if you're expecting reliable WordPress themes or decent customer support.

Save your time and money.

The worst quality/price repository

the worst quality/price repository. the search only works in english (despite the ai) and the search results are often totally wrong, of very low quality or from an editor good at internal seo. you are forced to get the media by searching with the ai, at an exorbitant price. in my opinion it offers much more a free repository than envato elements.

Stay away from this company

Multiple licensing problems ending in copyright issues, stay away from this company, and to top it off terrible customer service refusing to acknowledge the issues with their products, refused even a partial refund

Stay away from them

The license terms are not clear and the product is useless to use. Envato doesn't offer refunds which is against Australian consumer laws they really don't care about.
