I ordered and paid for a tracksuit but it never arrived. Blaming courier but very obviously not despatched. No sign of refund.
Great customer support
Great quality tracksuits. On December 23rd I realised I did not have the tracksuit bottoms I thought I ordered for a Christmas present. I got on to the ENVI1 team straight away and they managed to dispatch the tracksuit bottoms immediately and within less than 24 hours they were delivered to my door. I was so appreciative of their speedy response and support so that I had the clothing in time for Christmas.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Took an order they didn’t have in stock they then promised it would be delivered before Christmas and it didn’t arrive still have no order and awaiting refund and it was ordered at the start of December! Avoid this company at all costs.

I really thought my order wouldn’t get here in time but fair play to envy, they got it to my door on Christmas Eve and were very helpful updating me. Have bought from them many times before the Xmas rush and always received next day and will definitely buy from them again as the quality is great and my teens love the clothes!

Appalling communication with customers & Delivery is certainly not next day!!!!!!!
After several emails and DM'S sent on Instagram there has been no direct contact, an automated email was sent in reply telling me that there is a delay and I am guaranteed to receive my order before christmas.
It is now 14:20 on the 22nd December and the tracking information has not changed. It states DPD are still awaiting the parcel.
This order was placed on the 10th December at 12:15pm and it stated next day delivery when purchasing.
I can understand it's a very busy time of year but the customer care or the lack there of is deplorable.
