Advisory note. If your packaging is damaged or marked on receipt and you have to return the product you will be assumed to have caused it. I got a 40% deduction as I did not check the packaging thoroughly so did not inform this company immediately. Product ok and delivery ok just did not meet my needs. Not sure if product was new as no silica gel sachet inside the box!! Response to emails indicated customer service poor if you have an issue as I did. You live and learn so make sure to inform this company immediately should you have a problem with packaging etc. Company stance is no damage or marks could possibly have occurred on their premises lol.

Prompt responses to my questions with useful additional information. Right through to help with setting up account and getting items added that were not yet listed on the Web site.

Just had a very informative discussion with someone on the phone regarding the differences in the cloudplate and component cooling systems, they definitely know their stuff and will be purchasing more equipment in the near future. Very helpful staff.

Excellent service from the folks at Enviro Advance. They were more than happy to amend my order when I realised that I had ordered the wrong item for my requirements. The AC Infinity Cloudplate T1 that I then choose was shipped at soon as it came back into stock. Well worth the wait as the T1 is an excellent quality piece of kit. The fans are very quiet even when running at full speed. The flexibility of the controls is also extremely good and I now have the settings optimised and the T1 is keeping all of my equipment cool at a steady temperature.

I was initially hesitant to make a purchase as there seemed to be only limited reviews on trustpilot. However, the professional quality of the website made me decide to place an order, and I’m very happy that I did. I got an email from Kate informing me that the product I wanted had gone out of stock and was on back order, but that stock was expected in the next couple of days. I said that I was happy to wait, and actually the very next day received a further update that the product was now available and would be sent out.
