Good communication from office and on site team.
Nathan and Callum were great to have on site - the job took a little longer than planned but I felt confident leaving the guys to finish off without us on the extra morning. They were careful not to damage the garden and left everything very tidy. Thank you

Team arrived on time and did a great job leaving the site tidy. They dealt with an (unreasonably) grumpy neighbour with great tact and diplomacy. Very happy customer.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were extremely professional and set about the difficult work of removing the extensive areas of bamboo in our garden with the utmost skill. We are very pleased with the result.

From first contact with Richard, the survey from Mat and the actual removal work done by Gavin I always felt reassured that I was dealing with a reputable company of experts.

I bought a house and had no idea that there was bamboo in the garden and even if I had, I initially had no idea that bamboo was invasive. It all came as a very nasty surprise!

While the problem was not that extensive I wanted it dealt with. Gavin did an incredible job in cold February weather and was so easy to deal with. He kept me updated on everything that was going on and left the garden very tidy.

Having this type of work done isn't cheap but it was worth it to me to use a specialist company, who will return to monitor the situation in the next few years (as I also took an extra guarantee).

Quite pricey but we wanted a company that could deal with the bamboo roots that we had , the guys that came were respectful and polite and did the job

I had an overall mixed experience with Environet UK, so I’m giving 3 stars. The free identification service was helpful and quick, which was a good start. Communication was generally decent, but there were some issues, like delays in scheduling and the contractors not being fully prepared. The removal team worked hard, and I appreciated their effort, but the process could have been smoother. It’s a bit pricey, and while the guarantee is reassuring, I feel the service could use more attention to detail. Decent, but room for improvement.

We had a very positive experience with Environet. Both the surveyor and the team who dealt with the removal of bamboo from our garden, were professional, friendly and very helpful. They were punctual, worked extremely hard in cold January weather and left the garden tidy on completion. It is a huge relief to now have a bamboo free garden and we strongly recommend Environet.

The Environet operative arrived punctually and got down to work immediately, despite the appalling weather. The work was completed early on the same afternoon.

I got in touch with Environet about a potential weed issue identified at a property that we are in the process of purchasing. Their employee Carlene Rollinson was extremely helpful in answering all my queries, I felt that her advice was extremely helpful in our particular case and would really recommend both her and the company others.
