We had a large clump of bamboo that was encroaching into a neighbour's garden. Nathan, the member of staff assigned to our job was professional and friendly. He did a survey which led to a thorough written report and quotation. The removal work took four days, entailed removing a part of our fence and was undertaken very thoroughly. The team laid mats over our lawn to protect the lawn from the digger's tracks. The site was left very tidy with all debris removed. Overall, I felt the price charged was fair given the extent of the work needed and it was competitive compared to the other quote I obtained.

It took a while to arrange things, actually a positive point because it indicates their service is trusted and in demand. Bamboo may grow quickly but not that quickly. Survey was very informative and clear. Actual job was completed on time (3 days total) with no issues. Would not hesitate to recommend them, they are not cheap but the cost was reasonable. Cheap options very often cost more in the long term. Good to have the follow up and the reassurance of the optional (which I took) extended 5 year guarantee.

Really excellent company. They did a really thorough survey of the bamboo and kept us informed during th planning the removal. It was a difficult site with limited access Gavin and his colleague were really thorough and careful during the manual digging and use the mechanical digger. They completed the job in two days and left the site clear and tidy. We would thoroughly recommend Environet.

From the outset Environet have been professional, knowledgeable and honest about the process of bamboo removal and the cost. The survey was thorough and again total honesty about the cost and the report made everything clear. I went ahead and the removal of the hedge took two days, throughout which the guys were great. Cleaned up after themselves, arranged for the digger and skip to be collected. I can't recommend them highly enough. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Environet's free identification service is fantastic. It is easy to use and I received a very quick reply. Fortunately, it turned out that our plants were not knotweed. What a relief.

Bamboo Removal. We would highly recommend this firm. Communication was good and the two men where very careful and pleasant. The bamboo was removed with minimal damage and disruption. The site was left site was cleared and left in good order. The guarantee is reassuring.

We contacted Environet due to bamboo that had been planted several years ago, that had started encroaching on our neighbours property. Good communication in arranging a survey. Unfortunately, the dates of the removal had to be moved twice which was frustrating but they were accommodating to our schedules. Despite the survey, the contractors did not have ramps to access the garden with the digger, but they were resourceful and found a solution. Gareth and his team were friendly and worked hard to get rid of all the bamboo even though the weather was against them at times. The skip was taken away when it supposed to be. All in all we are happy with service received but giving 4 stars due to the lack of communication between the office and us and the contractors so they weren’t fully prepared, also the fact the removal had to be moved twice. I was advised 2 vehicles coming so thought enough room on driveway but they hadn’t advised me about the skip so had to make arrangements for a third vehicle to go on a neighbours drive due to residents parking restrictions.
Glad to be rid of the bamboo and feel relieved it will be checked and monitored and we are protected in the future having taken out the guarantee.

Absolutely brilliant work. I was apprehensive beforehand but once they began work it calmed my fears . Really worth 5 stars ,my corner which had the invasive bamboo was left looking great.
It’s good to know they will be back in a years time to check it hasn’t returned.

Other firms failed to get back to me, whereas Environet always replied within the same day or first thing the next morning.
A little on the expensive side, but I can't fault the service.

Despite the job (removal of bamboo) being more difficult than he had originally thought, Nathan had a positive 'can do' and professional approach throughout. All the bamboo was removed and disposed of with the minimum of fuss and our garden was left neat and tidy. Although the job was quite expensive it is worth the peace of mind of a guaruntee and follow up inspection. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Richard was so helpful & speedy at looking at photos I sent of my Mum’s garden to tell me if she had Japanese Knotweed or not. I would definately recommend this company.
