I had a serious problem with bamboo. From my first enquiry until completion, and afterwards, the team has always provided quick and helpful responses. The survey was very useful. My garden had a number of access and other issues which meant machinery could be used but the guys were efficient and kept smiling through the week. They cleaned up after each day and took care not to cause any damage. I am very pleased with the result and would recommend the company to anyone who needs it. It is expensive but you get what you pay for.

Great service and work completed as anticipated. Good clean up and Ceri was very honest about whether we needed option of 5 year warranty.
