The survey/work team were very informative and efficient

An excellent job carefully done with all rubbish removed and the ground left neat and tidy. All staff helpful and friendly. Could not have asked for more. Not cheap but no grumbles for a fully professional service. Many thanks.

I was impressed by the supervisor's dedication to the work, his hands-on approach to finding and chasing out the bamboo runners. Further, having found a rhizome running under our path, he managed to lift the flagstones without breaking them, which was appreciated given that the stones are high-quality and can now be reinstated.

I spoke with Perry Smith regarding a suspected knotweed by a surveyor when buying my first home. With Perry's help I was able to get this little situation fixed very quickly

Contact, planning and final work were all excellent. The team doing the work were polite and good at liaising with me.
I used this company because of the obvious experience in removal of invasive plants and aftercare - checking to see if there was any new growth.
It would have been 5 stars but the mini digger was not collected at the end of the work, meaning a phone all to the hire firm.

I can say with all honesty say that I would recommend this Company to anyone requiring their services.
The men carried out the work diligently and made sure that I suffered no inconvenience. They were all friendly and polite and the site manager, Joe Carter, ensured that the site was left in good order and replaced whatever needed to be replaced after the disturbance. In fact he offered to hoover and clean my garage floor ! The work was completed slightly ahead of schedule which was an added bonus!

Incredible professional service from start to finish everyone we came into contact with were super helpful. The job was completed very efficiently and on time they were very tidy and respectful of our property. I would highly recommend them.

Nathan was really helpful and professional, and even though we had a bit of an issue with the digger, he adapted and stayed for longer than planned to make sure the work was still completed! He also left the garden looking spotless!

A very thorough and meticulous job. Discovering knotweed in your garden is a stressful experience but this team , Samir, Gavin and Will helped to put things in perspective. They shared information with us every step of the way and were honest and kind. Their finger tip search was superb! We could not fault the job - which was a challenge!

Free email service to identify whether or not it’s knotweed just from pictures. They were very quick to reply and confirm it was not Japanese knotweed putting my mind at rest. They offer the option to donate to a few of their chosen charities instead of charging which is a fantastic initiative. Would highly recommend!
