Very good service recommended to save a memories and show it to our sons

Great job! The video honestly looks better than the original VCR copy. Smooth playback. I got the digital copy and the DVD copy. They edit the DVD copy so that it fits a modern 16:9 ratio TV. It seems they cut the top and bottom of the footage to fit. I typically don't like this but it did look great on my TV. I always have the 4:3 in the digital format too. Fast professional service. I'd recommend getting both copies, so you can preserve the original video aspect while also having a copy to view on TV.

The job was to scan a really old video tape from the 60s, around 2 minutes long. A week after I mailed the reel Envision contacted me and told me they were "not able to retrieve any video with the transfer machines they have." So I ended up with a 2 min audio extract for $77.

A few days later I mailed the same reel to Andy at GreentreeAV in Illinois, who immediately recognized the type of video and was able to transfer the whole thing.

Overall my communication and handling experience with Envision was excellent, but I would avoid them if it comes down to more specific video formats and old video reels.

I have used Envision several years ago for conversion of audio cassette tapes to mp3 files for research interviews, and recently as well. I also had several recordings on my phone that they were able to download and convert to mp3 files. I was very satisfied.

My 30 years old wedding VHS was converted to DVD & it was perfect!

This is a very professional company. I was convinced I had to venture into Fun City to find a company that handled converting from 3/4 inch or beta to digital files. Many NJ companies are small one or two person shells that will simply sub contract the NYC big boys and try not to tell you. I was concerned about them shipping my 30+ year old tapes, and frankly, being from that background, I wanted to meet the tech or techs face to face to make sure neither Beevis nor Butthead was going to be handling my precious fragile memories. These guys were great! From the nice person on the front desk to the tech that let me come back and view if anything was even on my tape after so long, I felt my work was in good hands

I knew I needed to get my memories off of VHS and onto DVD, but the thought of sending them off to an outside company made me anxious. Then I found Envision Video Services and the anxiety was over. I brought my tapes in, pricing was discussed so there wasn't any surprises, and I left feeling comfortable with my memories in their hands. I was called when a tape was over 2 hours and was able to decide what to do in that case. In about 2 weeks my 10 tapes were converted and ready for pick up, nicely packaged and each DVD titled so that I would know what was on what disc. I am so happy to have found this company and you will be too. Don't wait and don't hesitate to bring your VHS tapes here. You will not be disappointed. The price, service and results are great.

Envision has had all the video services I needed under one roof. Their quality is as good as any Manhattan video service with prices that are much lower. They have great customer support where even the smallest job seems important to them. I plan on using them for many years to come.

Excellent All Around: Local, Simple, Easy, Fast!

My experience was wonderful. Linda was wonderful on the phone as I explained how I had a DVD that I needed to be redone in order and that there were portions of the video that I needed to be deleted and I also wanted to add photos. She was so professional and explained it could be done. I brought my DVD in and within a week it was ready for review. I was so thrilled with the whole process. I can’t wait to surprise my daughter on her 50tj birthday. Thank you Linda and crew!
