We had a great stay here in Chicago! Stayed with a group of 5 friends, and the space worked out perfectly for our group. The location was excellent and in a nice neighborhood - we saw a show at the IO theatre just a couple minutes walk away. The apartment was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We used the kitchen for a couple breakfasts, and it was well-appointed and had what we needed.
Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was very pleasant. The apartment was immaculately clean and comfortable. The host provided us with a lot of things people don’t normally provide you with. The apartment is very conveniently located, close to stores, restaurants, and public transportation. Highly recommended!

A great place to stay. Location was excellent: lots of shops, restaurants, bars in this new up and coming neighborhood. Felt very safe. The building and condo were new, clean, fresh, safe and quiet. The condo had comfortable beds, pillows, living area. Fully equipped. Immaculate. Communication was fast and easy.

My sister and I stayed at one of the Airbnb this weekend. It was very spacious, clean and quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Traveled here for work and it was just what our small team needed. There are enough bathrooms for everyone and a common space to bring our takeout after a long day. Very accessible and safe! Enjoyed the workspace downstairs as well. The virtual assistant was really helpful as well for any questions we had during the stay. Would stay again!

Everything was easy. That helps a lot when one is on a business trip, and needs everything to run smoothly.

We had three people staying in a two bedroom for two nights while we attended a concert at The Salt Shed and spent some time downtown. I found this location was really a hidden gem! The area is great for shopping, food, and coffee. We we were able to easily take the train or ride share to get anywhere we needed within a reasonable amount of time.
The space itself felt secure, clean, and well taken care of throughout. We had some confusion initially entering the building. Three groups arrived at once and it just took us a moment to locate the keypad. I would note it is adjacent to the larger call pad that list residents names. There are no obvious numbers on it until you touch it to enter the code. Once we figured that out, everything else was very easy to access.
We would definitely stay again and felt it was a great place to stay. Very comfortable, clean, well stocked.

Great quiet location. It's not downtown but walkable to train and a easy Uber ride when needed. Accommodates 4 people well. Lobby is really nice with work spaces.

BEWARE! Property is a scam. Owner doesn’t respond when issues are raised. Our room had mold, no hot water and no WiFi’s

It was my first time in Chicago and I’m very happy I chose to stay here. It’s close enough to the city to the point, where a uber isn’t expensive.The area is really quiet and the building is safe at night. It’s on the 9th floor so we got a beautiful view at night. They were low on hand soap but it’s was fine I just bought some more. Honestly if you have a group this spot is a great place to consider it’s really spacious. I literally just went with my best friend and we got are own room and bathroom there and it was the ideal situation for us !!!

Pros
- prime location, super close to the city
- easy for ubers to get to us
- very walkable
- extremely clean
- well priced
- smooth check out process

Cons
- we had a terrible experience with check in. the code given to us was not the correct code to unlock the door. we waited over an hour to hear back from the company after multiple attempts to get in touch with them with no luck. the phone line does not receive inbound calls, so we had to wait for them to text us back. after not hearing back after several messages and an extended period of time, I contacted booking.com. They tried reaching out and did not hear back. Because of this, for protection, booking.com had to cancel our reservation and refund us our money. I had to then try to get in contach with Envitae (and took over 12 hours to hear back) to them book and pay directly through them. REALLY bad check in experience that left us unsure of the company
- the AC did not work in the rooms. the living room was cool while the bedrooms remained super hot
- our rooms did not come with washcloths
