Really could not have bought our lovely new home without the help of Robyn. Her advice, help and support made the whole process so much easier.

She arranged our mortgage, life insurance and also put us in touch with Lynn, the lawyer to deal with the legal side of it all.

I never once felt stressed about the process as Robyn was there every step of the way and always available to message or phone.

Her friendly manner, knowledge and advice was so helpful and reassuring. I also admired her patience as we had lots of questions :)

As first time buyers, My husband and I didn't really know where to start with applying for a mortgage, but that didn't matter because Meryn was truly amazing! She helped us every step of the way and explained things so well without making us feel stupid for not knowing things. She even helped us negotiate with the sellers.

I haven’t bought a house for nearly 20 years, so to say it was daunting in the early stages of thinking about moving would be understating it.
I was introduced to Brogan and she immediately put me at ease and guided me through the process in organising my mortgage.
She was there literally every step of the way and always on hand to answer any questions I had throughout the short journey.
Brogan got my morgage in place in roughly 2 weeks.
Genuinely the nicest person too which helps, 10/10 service from Brogan.

Brogan was amazing from start to finish.
Within 3 hours of viewing the home, I had an offer negotiated and accepted, Brogan was dealing with everything and everyone on my behalf. On the same day I had my mortgage application submitted and accepted, offer isssued by the bank. Within 4 weeks of acceptance, I moved in 🎉

She is honestly amazing, I can’t thank enough for the fast and efficient service I got from Brogan. The solicitor she works with Kristy was also extremely quick and responsive, unlike other solicitors I dealt with in the past!

Brogan also sorted out my income protection and life insurances, so the whole process was just incredibly smooth!

I highly recommend to go with Brogan if you’re buying a house and honestly I wouldn’t go with anyone else in the future
