We were referred to Graeme at Envoy by Shanta Residential when we went to view a property and hadn’t yet spoken to a broker. We were looking for advice asap and Graeme was on the phone to us by that afternoon, it was a Sunday. Graeme and all the team at Envoy have been a great help to us providing advice along the way, Graeme is reassuring and easy to speak things through with. Our house purchase took longer than expected and they kept in touch throughout. They reviewed our mortgage application multiple times over the course of the few months to ensure we were getting the best deal as interest rates changed. Just before the house went through Graeme sorted out our life insurance and home insurance policies and set up all the payments after giving us further advice. The whole process was made so much easier by having their expert services. I feel confident that we have been given sound advice and have got much better deals with their involvement. We’ve used brokers before but never had support like we have from Envoy. Graeme made himself available after hours as I was too busy during work hours and even called on the day the house went through to check in and make sure things went smoothly. I would highly recommend Envoy and would definitely use them again. It’s very rare you find a company that feels like they are genuinely trying to help and they have undoubtedly made our lives much easier!
