Fantastic company. Helped us get a mortgage while having slightly more complex circumstances with being company directors. So easy to deal with. Friendly and reliable. Ross from envoy is a lovely and friendly person. He’s very knowledgable and made the whole process of buying a house stress free. We loved the service so much that we used Envoy again when buying a buy to let property. Thanks so much again for everything! Both experiences have been brilliant and we will no doubt be in touch again soon.

I found a property that I loved but was facing several challenging circumstances including a single income and being newly self-employed. I called a couple of brokers that I found online and was told that it would not be possible for me to get a mortgage at this point.

Then Ross was recommended to me. I called not really expecting him to be able to help but he exceeded every expectation. He was easy to talk to, friendly, professional and explained everything clearly and patiently. He made himself available outside of office hours and responded to correspondence promptly.
