I’ve never experienced an online shopping debacle, like I have at EnzoTaylor. It was my mistake to not read reviews beforehand. Shipping took a long time, which isn’t a dealbreaker. The boots I ordered were way too big and I requested a return. I received three or four emails that were very kindly worded from the company, but did not address my request to return the issue.

Essentially, they did not want to initiate a return and avoided it by email as long as possible so I moved past the return window .

Overall, I would describe my experience with this company as similar to a scam. No accountability for the product or customer wishes, and customer service saying the right things to avoid processing a return.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I was very disappointed with my experience with Enzo Taylor. The shoes I received for ORDER #1069 were extremely low quality and did not look or feel like proper dress shoes. The materials and overall finish were far below my expectations based on the advertising.

What made the experience worse was the lack of customer service. I contacted support requesting a refund and return instructions, but I never received any response.

I attempted to resolve the issue privately before leaving this review. I hope the company improves both its product quality and customer support for future customers.
