    Had to ring previous day waiting for…

    Had to ring previous day waiting for call back which didn't arrive,
    So rang again today lady I spoke to very efficient, listened to all I said even though bit jumbled because I was getting up tight about the problem, couldn't get readings for my top ups when done manually not showing on main meter she sorted everything out and arranged for technician to come out to look at my meters,i am a pensioner and not up on putting codes into machines incase I do anything wrong and mess everything up but she helped through out I felt more at ease when call had ended

    Awful. Worst experience. The representative was just going round in circles and couldn’t answer the question. She seemed not interested in helping
