False claims of incorrect weight
On August 26, we sent a box via their receiving point. I weighed the packed box at home (around 18-20kg). When paying for the shipping online, I added some kilograms to be conservative, so I indicated 21kg, and it amounted to 700+ zł (international shipping). At the receiving point, my box was weighed, and it was (as expected) less than 21kg. I was initially happy with their service since everything went smoothly, and my sister eventually received the box. However, more than 1 month later, I received a bill from epaka claiming that my box weighed more than I indicated, and that it was actually 37,5kg?! And they are billing me a whopping 2752 zł MORE. First of all, that packed box was weighed both AT HOME and AT YOUR RECEIVING POINT. I’ve sent a complaint and currently waiting to hear back, but I’m just appalled that this even happened and the amount they’re trying to bill me.

Ordered a bmw g26 spoiler from this…
Ordered a bmw g26 spoiler from this seller. Asked them in advance if it was undamaged and got the message it was undamaged and ordered it. With the order I asked them to pack it well so it would not get damaged during shipping.
The package came to my house with one side of the spoiler sticking out the package. Both ends were damaged during shipping and the rest was damaged under the plastic wrapping. So it was damaged before they even send it out.
Contacted them to resolve the issue and they stone walled me. No further response to any of my emails.
Avoid this seller at all costs! They sell damaged parts and the customer service is non existent.

Your partner for shipping in France is DPD. I specifically asked not to deliver on Saturday as it is a business and closed. So, they attempted to deliver on Saturday.
