OAFS helped me get my money back

Hi again!

I received an e-mail from Epayservices informing me that my account was unblocked. I agreed to participate in the mediation after OAFS informed me that they received no answer to my complaint from Epayservices. But the mediation did not take place anymore and my account was unblocked.

Thanks to OAFS and those who posted here their experience, I now can withdraw my funds. Thank you all!

Just a scam!

They won't ever approve my account application and don't even reply to me via their trashy support service!

Hello everyone, I also made a complaint with OAFs Malta. Now I'll wait and see what happens. We also try to inform other users, so that we can help each other to get our money back from epayserv scammers.

I filed a complaint with OAFS today. Let's see what happens. MTACC LTD (ePayService) owes me almost $10,000.

We are trying since February to withdraw our money from epay service to our European bank account. We frequently contacted epay service. There answer was " we have to wait for verification because they are checking all the accounts if there are no law issues involved" now it's September and we can't get an SMS code for getting on the app. We can't login on the site. It's bye bye money. Can someone tell me what kind of company OAFS is? And how we can reach them by email? Thank you very much!!

Around 9 USD stolen from epayservice. They made excuses from almost 2 years for dont send me my money. Now they dont even let me enter in the account because confirmation sms dont arrive.

I think is time to organize something togheter for try to have our money and find the responsable of this.

I'm from Ukraine. 7 months I can’t take money 8000 euros from epayservices. Stressed every day because of it. In early June, the site's support said that they were working on restoring payments to Ukrainian banks. A month ago I wrote them 2 letters, but they do not answer. Something must be done, they must pay for the suffering of the people.

Please Epayservice, give us an answer of how we can get our money! First, technical problems, now, we can t even login to our account/wallet. We all want our money! That s a shame

I cannot login anymore as i am not receiving the SMS verification code and the support does not reply by email.
I have been a verified member for more than a decade now and always enjoyed their system and prompt replies. I never had any problems with them until now.
I got 3 700usd stuck in my account.
This is so sad. How come it turned out that way?

The last thing i want to do is contact OAFS but if i have no choice, well i'll proceed.

I got my money back from them after complaining to OAFS. I payed a 25EUR fee for them to investigate my case. After one month Epayservices sends me a ticket saying my funds are unlocked and I can withdraw them. Thanks to the others here on trustpilot.com who posted about OAFS. Without them my money would have been lost.
The SMS service is not working, but they provided a qr code to use on Google authenticator to generate login codes after my complaints that I cannot login.

40000 Eur (highly likely) lost. Funds were frozen in March 2023. As of August 27th months of silence and then few responses about upcoming "request to provide extended personal data, information on your source of funds" etc. Since then nothing happened.

I can confirm that submitting a complaint on the site of OAFS Malta is the only way to get your money back. It takes time but it's not complicated. You just follow the steps there and fill an online form. Alsi the complaint to ePayService can be sent via email.

Was using the services as payout method from a another website. I have 3700$ there and for many months they have disabled my login to not withdraw the money.

1. I do not receive SMS code
2. There is not possible to proceed withdrawal using the application in phone, no available countries to select.

I have tried to reach support multiple times but it is not existent? Is this company still alive?

I am just receiving payments from affiliate programs. As in other comments it takes months for verification. I have there just 500usd. But I can’t login as SMS is not received.
I am their customer for years so this behavior is surprising.
So where to push to get it? I might visit their Prague or Malta office and make some mess there.

I finally got my money back from these scammers, for that I am extremely grateful to OAFS, so you all go and write a complaint, that's the only way you can get your money back. They are miserable and scammers who tried to run away with the customers' money.

Please explain me how exactly to pass this complaint procedure. Because it says first I need to send a complaint to EPayService (where exactly?) and then if they don’t answer for 15 days I can send a complaint to the Arbiter. So what should I do? They blocked my funds also and they don’t reply to my tickets. Thank you for ANY HELP🙏

Keep asking for verification then months after it's finally "done" there are no available methods to take your money out. The latest excuse is that i had to apply to be able to wire transfer out now that's been 4 months ago AGAIN, and for the pas month I am not able to log in to my account at all as the verification SMS isn't arriving. Email support is ignoring you no reply for months, don't use these scammers ever again.

Pure horror! They keep your money and never do the verification (over more then 6 months now). And lucky me i never send them any documents now i have read all the reviews. Identity theft, BIG SCAM! They should be closed/put down asap.

Please somebody let me know where should I complain and what to do at all? I have very big amount stuck there and I see nobody going give it to me back.
