Starting to enjoy resin crafting
I have been using epoxy resin and hardner from tjis company for short while now. Initially i purchased through Amazon but their delivery times were not suitable directly ordering from company was prompt excellent through Dpd on time next day. Quality of product amazing and as i am just starting out crafting making few mistakes etc all fun and when does turn out so clear shiny and very happy with resin/hardner Go for it start with small amounts then once more confident buy as much as you can afford... Follow instructions and never mix more than 1kg of certain types at time also use scales for smaller amounts e.g. Small jewelry pieces.... If dont have scales use water to fill mould tip out and measure amount needed then divide by amount in instruction resin/hardner needed.... Simple.... Enjoy

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Sent 3 emails as there is no contact number and STILL waiting for a response. Poor resin that is a waste of money and when you try to contact the company no one bothers to reply!!!

Good afternoon Louise,
We checked your messages from you, unfortunately we have only received one email from you which someone has got back to you. We did not receive any other emails.
There are many different causes why your resin is not setting, examples range from human error (we are not saying it is your error) to incorrect conditions, to external uncontrollable factors, etc.
Our manufacturer does not recommend mixing less than 75g of resin, mixing less than this means the resin and hardener will not generate enough of a chemical reaction and this therefore means the resin will not get hot enough to set as properly as it should.
Ourselves and 5,000+ customers use our resin each month for hundreds of different projects with no issues like this at all.
We have samples of each batch which we sell on our website to prove that the resin itself is not at fault.
We have been using our resin in set, stable conditions for the last few years and we have never experienced an issue with any of our batches.

Buy cheap buy twice!
Don’t respond to emails and there’s no way of contacting them by phone. Liquid silicon is absolutely rubbish. Buy cheap buy twice! Stick to smooth on or another reputable brand. Hand to go through the bank to raise a claim against them to get my money back. I’m aware there’s some good reviews, predominantly in relation to their resin, but I can’t comment on that. I wouldn’t risk it though due to the poor customer service. Read the reviews on Facebook before you buy!!
Just an update following their response… one huge lie! I did contact them.. despite what they said. If I lived closer I’d visit them! Lying is a grotesque habit. again, be warned.

Unfortunately, we have not received no messages from you.
We do not have a info line active as of yet but we are working on it.
We have been using our silicone in set, stable conditions for the last few years and we have never experienced an issue with any of our batches.
All I can do in this situation is give you advice/tips as to what could have possibly been the cause of your issues, but I will not be able to pinpoint the exact cause because we simply do not know your conditions and factors which could have possibly affected your resin.
I hope that this helps you understand our perspective on this situation.

Iv ordered so much resin from you and still will carry on, it's very fast delivery and a reasonable price,the only thing I have a problem with is the resin always leaves like a stain on top, when I was pigments, it's fine but iv never once not had that liney stain when using clear resin,I don't know what's coursing it, I don't touch, I was a hot gun,heat matt and always stur it well, it happens in all weather's

As epoxy cures in contact with moisture, a greasy or waxy film known as amine blush are produced.
This film Is created on the surface of the cured epoxy.
Its appearance alters depending on the amount of moisture in the air, but it's usually more noticeable in cool, moist conditions.
Sometimes when the resin is left to cure in cold conditions, the surface can develop a greasy film from the amines in the hardener.
The amines are water-soluble and will wash away easily.

First bought their resin from Amazon but its cheaper to buy direct and still get next day delivery if ordered before midday. Now my regular resin supplier.
