Have used Epideco several times using the pro cast art, very good resin, Usually next day delivery, I will keep using this company

I've been using resin for years and decided to give these a go a few months ago. I've ordered about 8 larger bottles so far I havent had a problem with the resin until last week. I had a order to go out for a birthday present. And the resin would not set even after 3 attempts. I had to refund the customer get resin from elsewhere and send her the item free of charge. EPICO told me it must have been something I'd done wrong. I've used this product for years and hadn't done anything different that I normally do. The fact it was attempted 3 times and all 3 wouldn't set, clearly shows there's something wrong with the resin. I'm not new to it and hadn't done anything wrong. I emailed epico 4 times and was ignored on all 4 occasions. I will not be using again.

Was going to buy stuff from this shop up until I saw delivery to the Scottish Highlands is extra. Sick to death of businesses forroom the South of England trying to tax us based on where we live postage from royal mail has the same flat rate sll over the UK so please avoid business that try to SCAM you theres only one way theyll learn racism doesnt pay thats iif we boycott them.

Edit: Enough with the gaslighting that record is well worn out. You are unable to provide evidence that postage differs depending on where you live in the UK because it doesn't.

I’m a very experienced maker of silicone mould, having made many moulds over the last few years. I thought I’d give Epideco a go as it’s a bit cheaper than the silicone I normally use. I won’t be buying it again.

The first time I used it, the silicone mix was bonded so solidly to the glass jug I used to mix the two components together, that I had to throw it away and my cured resin was stuck solidly to the mould.

I e-mailed Epideco and they gave me a big list of all the reasons it might have failed (clearly a standard letter) and told me they would not be giving me a refund, saying that it was either user error or environmental.

To double-check, I decided to give it another attempt, (pigeons clearly learn quicker than me!) making sure that I followed the instructions to the letter. The only difference the second time was that after stirring for 3 minutes, I poured the silicone into a second container and stirred for another 3 minutes. Well, the result this time was even worse as the extra 3 minutes of stirring meant that the silicone was starting to solidify in the mixing cup.

The instructions state that it has a pot life of 30-40 minutes, but this silicone was curing after just 7 minutes.

To top it off, on the second attempt, the silicone had bonded to my resin masters.

Epideco silicone is a complete waste of money

I actually sent 4 e-mails and only one of them received a standard, copied and pasted response. Is this really how we're communicating these days? Maciek replied to my e-mail on the 8th of June, but my e-mails sent on the 5th of June, my follow-up e-mail on the 8th of June, and then my later e-mail, after I had tried it again, sent on the 14th of June were all ignored.
I feel even more fobbed off now when I see that sections of your response to my complaint were just copied and pasted from the same standard letter reply that I received after my first complaint.

Such amazing quality and the service is amazing. Quick deliver a d I love the little thank you notes too, a nice touch. Wouldn’t buy resin from anywhere else!

Purchased before small samples this order was a bigger amount and they have not let me down. Even the delivery driver went above for me. Thank you

Excellent service from ordering to delivering, resin has hardly any bubbles and is crystal clear, but I still can't find a heat resistant one for coasters.
