Great tech support service!

Recently needed tech support, which the issue was resolved in record time. Jonathan was the rep we worked with and he was able to verify the issue and working with his team of engineers they were able to get things working. I like it that they respond in real-time when using their chat option.

Great pricing & Terrific Support Techs

I've been using Epik for a few years…

I've been using Epik for a few years now, and it's always been easy to do anything I need. The one or two times I've had trouble, a quick call to support cleared up the problem.

I chose Epik because they were the only entity I could find that would not allow censorship bullies to disrupt my service.

Support helped me renew expired domain

I forgot to renew a domain in time and contacted support, the registry for this TLD has no grace period but support (shoutout to Savannah) were able to get my domain renewed even though it was technically in redemption and (as I understand it) soon to be up for anyone to grab again. They even gave me a discount on the renewal too despite this being entirely my fault for forgetting.

Outstanding Support and Services from Epik

I've been with Epik for around four years, and every time I reached out to their support, they've been incredible kind, understanding, and helpful. Even when I struggled to explain or understand things. They were always patient and guided me through the process. When there were challenging issues, they took the time to research and help me find solutions. They always followed up promptly whenever they said they would call back. It's always been a completely positive experience. I'm glad I found Epik because they've been a reliable partner in managing my domains and hosting needs. Super helpful customer service with…

Super helpful customer service with domain migration and connecting to ecommerce...which I have no idea about. Also, was able to correct some email issues. I'll be back to transfer more domains/email accounts!

I was hesitant at first due to some past reviews, but I decided to give Epik a try after the ownership change, and I'm so glad I did! My experience has been nothing short of excellent.

I’ve registered numerous domains with them, and each transaction has been smooth and hassle-free. What really impressed me was their user-friendly interface and the range of tools available for managing my domains. I also listed several of my domains for sale in their marketplace, and the process was seamless.

Not only did I sell a few domains quickly, but the cashout process was incredibly straightforward. I’ve had no issues whatsoever. I can confidently say that Epik has restored my faith in domain registration and sales. I look forward to continuing my business with them!

Great experience in tricky account-consolidation

I shot myself in the foot by tangling up some legacy accounts for personal domains with my present business account. The agent I spoke with was pleasant and upbeat and got me sorted out quickly. I assume the support is domestic-- I had no issue understanding and being understood and enjoyed the experience. I appreciated their patience in waiting for me to clear all the authentication hurdles to access multiple emails I haven't touched in years and for the recommendation to avoid using my domain-related email address for account access, which hadn't occurred to me as a risk.

EXTREMELY inconsistent tech support.

EXTREMELY inconsistent tech support.

If you're lucky you get routed to one of the competent ones. That's happened about one time in four for me. More usually you get routed to someone who barely knows the job, breaks more than they fix, or very often just ignored entirely. I've never had the email support form actually get an answer (no, it wasn't caught in a spam filter).
