This was the first time I ordered embroidery polos for a large church group. I had a design with complex accents that took a few iterations to get right. The ePolos team was patience and worked to get the design right. They even overnight my ordered at their expense to ensure that I received the polos in time for my event. Loved the embroidery on the T-Shirts we had ordered, really crisp and spot on design. We also loved the quality of the half slack T-Shirts.

Epolos is excellent in quality, service, and price. We use Epolos multiple times a year to get items for our company and groups. We love that All Pricing Includes FREE Embroidery and FREE Shipping so there are no hidden charges. It makes it really easy to plan ahead and put in orders. Also, if we are collecting money for everyone to pay for their own, we know the final price upfront! In addition, the customer service is excellent. I don't have to wait 24 hours for a response. Responses are usually fairly quickly which I really appreciate. The only thing I wish is that they had a wider product selection so we can continue using them even more.

Epolos printed several options for me to see the final result before I made up my mind on which version of our logo looked the best. I love the way it looks on all of the merchandise we purchased for my comany. Thanks Epolos!

First time ordering and my order was not delivered when it’s says and I am still waiting on my order never again

I worked to upload graphics, pick shirts and sizes. The site didn’t record my notes so I had to repeat them in an email. I was a first time customer, so i used the code for 2 different graphics. Bi paid and then they said I couldn’t do it the way I thought. Thus meant the shirts were going to be a lot more money. I asked to cancel and was told I would have to pay because you already ordered the shirts even though I hadn’t approved the design artwork. They also couldn’t tell me if my design was going to be more than the paid for stitches which could mean another fee. I had to email again and finally was allowed to cancel. Seemed like false advertising I decided just to go back and stick with 4imprint. I was hoping to order fewer shirts though you as I have to order 72 shirts to get a good price. I paid the same to them but got more shirts than I would have gotten from you.

I needed some help getting a high quality look on my embroidery, the team worked images back and forth to come up with a look in proud to wear.

We had a great experience. A bunch of teachers at my school got together to order shirts. Fortunately, they have a huge selection of shirts. We all got different stuff, and they came out great. They made the logo look good in embroidery as well.
