Fit, finish, colour theme, features. If only they key size can increase by a small margin (5% or so), it would be a true 5 star product. It is very much there but needs to be more comfortable.

This keyboard is amazing. The sounds, the customizable lighting. Everything is better than imagined. You do have to pair it in the beginning (even with the cable), so do read those instructions :D

Overall I have no problem with the keyboard I received, yes it took a month to arrive but I knew beforehand that it could take a while and I decided to go on with my purchase. Great keyboard but the program that comes with it does not recognize the keyboard if it is connected via bluetooth (gk96S).

Nice customer support
For some reason the shipping with DHL wasn't handled correctly, however the Epomaker customer support was really kind and shipped us the keyboard back just by paying the shipping again. The keyboard is really nice and arrived tightly

Simple design and comfortable to use
I bought this keyboard along with Jelly Black Switches from Key Company and the sound sounds so creamy. This keyboard feels so nice and sounds really nice for a budget keyboard. I bought a $40 from Amazon and it was really clacky. This one is a bit pricey if you want something affordable, but it's so worth it. I wish the RGB lighting was brighter behind the keycaps, but it's still nice. I also wish the key binding format was easier to understand because it doesn't actually let me bind anything. Still, I love how simple it looks yet still nice to look at.

Atrocious customer support (Amended)
Had a defect within the keyboard within the first 3 months.
Bluetooth or battery wasn't working, and couldn't connect or remain connected to my pc as a result.
Their customer support was atrocious, asking me to try different things for almost a week straight; It seemed like they had no intention of honouring the warranty period they had offered for online purchases at all.
Edit: A different customer representative has assisted me with my issue and has offered to try and resolve the problem. Awaiting for updates.

Overall buying experience
Connection with the company is pretty fine, also shipping times are good enough. Quality of the products depends on the price of the product of course, but for my 1.5 year old 45$ keyboard, I have no complaints.
