Fit, finish, colour theme, features. If only they key size can increase by a small margin (5% or so), it would be a true 5 star product. It is very much there but needs to be more comfortable.

Order hasn't arrived
Order hasn't arrived. I bought a keyboard and the tracking information says it was delivered, however I haven't received anything, all epomaker says is to contact USPS, I have no proof of the keyboard not arriving therefore I can't do anything, I asked for a refund or ideally a replacement and all they did was send me a survey to rate my experience.
Not the first time I have heard that orders through the main website get lost and never arrive.

These people are scammers. Keyboard arrived damaged and customer service is acting like I broke it myself. Freya from customer service is literally useless.

Same as person below me, keyboard sent to their address instead of mine and claim it's my fault. Freya in customer service is useless and no help. I did her job for her to track my package but is that my job? NO.
They seriously are lacking and I would look elsewhere for keyboard

Stay away - horrible experience with this merchant.
Placed an order with the wrong address by mistake. After contacting the company they told me to try to fix the address with the USPS. By the time I was able to contact the USPS, the item was already being returned to the seller.
I would be happy to pay a reasonable fee to have the item reshipped since the incorrect address was my fault. However, they said my item was going to be DESTROYED instead of returned to them. Does it make any sense? An item worth almost $200 being destroyed? To add insult to injury they offered to reship the item at 50% of the original price.
Note that they do not mention the need to destroy your order anywhere on their Warranty & Return Policy page.
They should have better customer care policies and they should disclose that their entire operation is run from China without any support in the US.
So here you have, deal with this merchant at your own peril!
