Helpful and efficient service

Very helpful and efficient in assisting me in finding an account that I had forgotten about. It was easy to get through to someone and both Agents I spoke to over 2 days were extremely helpful and resolved my initial query.

Prompt contact with a person

Prompt contact with a person, spoke good english and was very patient, bbut failed to solve the issue..
My problem was with failure to log in. Having made rpeated attempts to set a pin number, all failed. In the end I solved it myself - if you have set your account using a 'user name' you must use that to log in. Despite the option in the log in screen, It will not accept your account number.

A human being much more reliable than AI

After a frustrating time on another site which uses AI to respond, it was a pleasure to be able to speak with Manesh. The phone line dropped half way through but he took the trouble to phone me back, very much appreciated. He knew his job and was very helpful.
