I had an exceptional experience with Darren on a recent ascent of Tryfan. He guided me safely across very technical and challenging terrain, making the whole route feel achievable. The scrambling component was fantastic. It has opened my eyes to a new way to ascend mountains, which I plan to continue doing.
Darren’s knowledge and experience were outstanding, and he took the time to mentor me in both navigation and mountain leadership skills throughout the day. I came away more confident, more skilled, and inspired to keep learning. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

Thank you Equals Outdoor for an amazing group experience. From planning the trip with the director to its execution of an adventure of a lifetime the young people had a fantastic experience. From mountain climbing, Rambling, fell walking, not to mention learning real life bush craft and orienteering. Thank for the cave experience at Sygun mines all 186 steps. We still can't believe so much was crammed into a few days. Can't wait for the next adventure definitely 10 out of 10
