Very good support, all my questions were answered

The agent who participated in my chat was Ganiyat, who gave me all the information I needed and promised to send me a chat transcript via email; wait times between responses were not too long (usually less than a minute) and the agent did double-check and corrected earier statements without prompting, which is much appreciated!

EquatePlus Agents Provide Incorrect Information

I called EquatePlus to ask why I was not able to sell shares in a company from which I had been terminated 2 months prior. The agent to whom I spoke, Ahmed, told me that I am not able to sell the shares because the company is in a blackout period and no one can sell shares. I asked him if that means no one in the entire world can sell shares of this company when it is in a blackout period. He said yes.

This is clearly incorrect. So, please do not trust anything you hear from agents at EquatePlus as they are not trained very well.

Excellent customer service

I reached out for some clarifying questions about share vesting and reached Pippa, who not only helped me resolve my questions and provided clarity on next steps, but also helped me update some relevant information to ensure any transactions are effective. She went above and beyond and we had a good laugh while doing it. Excellent customer service. Call them. Just for fun, even.

Spoke with Marcia today for information…

Spoke with Marcia today for information regarding a dividend payment. Marcia was energetic and very friendly she did not know the answer immediately however she quickly found out the information I needed. Very helpful and great service

Chloe was amazing!!!

Chloe was amazing!!!

After online chatting with 2 other people it was clear I was going to have to phone up after following the option to reset my data in one of the apps (it had no data in it and wouldn't accept the QR codes - and this was just for verification, so a much needed app) I could still log in online - just not use the apps.

Chloe was amazing, down to earth, listened (where the others failed to - one online person said I can see you haven't added a bank account yet, do you want to do this while I wait....hmmmmm no, lets fix the problem I called about first hey!)

Chloe spoke to me, not at me - listened to hear, not listening to reply - she had a laugh and was a lovely human - who then also waited while I logged into the apps and made sure everything worked.

She took her time knowing I had called with limited time to select my option - yes I know I was still debating if I was going to do it :)

She deserves a payrise and a good mention on here for how she operates and deals with people. You could tell she was smiling and never let any other emotions show - she was a pleasure to deal with.

If I could guarantee Chloe every time I would 100% ring back with any issues knowing they would get solved quickly and easily
