Excess to a member and transaction is straight forward everything is made to look very simple within the rules.

System friendly

It was a little bit difficult to find a contact number for Equate Plus, but once I got through to the customer service assistant it was plain sailing. It took Lee less than a minute to answer the phone.
I wanted to sell some of my shares and Lee took me through the whole process. He was very patient and really knows his job. I would not have been able to sell the shares myself. I cannot recommend Lee highly enough, it was a very pleasant experience. I hope he answers the phone when I next sell some of my shares in December

While they weren't able to assist me I had a great conversation with the rep who was able to get me pointed in the correct direction. The hold time was minimal, and they were fantastic in being part of the process of resolving my problem.

I have been having lots of conflicting information regarding being or not being a US Tax resident. I have filled out different forms, I have sent documentation showing that I am NOT, but still cannot get the issue resolved and kept getting different information from different attendants. Today I had the luck of talking to MARCIA and she was not only most helpful but opened a query with doubts she could not solve. Very professional.
