Just spoken to the lovely Pippa to arrange ongoing payments whilst on maternity leave. Wonderful customer service, incredibly knowledgeable on process and covered all elements without being prompted.

It was the first time I had contacted…

It was the first time I had contacted Equateplus re: Cashing In Shares and I had spoken to a couple of Advisors (Lee & at greater length with Emanuella ) and I have to say they were so professional, friendly, patient & knowledgeable and it was so refreshing to receive such a high standard of service and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Rosa

Just spoke to Rosa who was really helpful and kind when dealing with an issue with my share save plan which I was very anxious about. Rosa took ownership of the issue and promised to call me back to update me on its progress. Rosa followed through on her promise to call me back, explained everything clearly and resolved the issue. Thank you for your help Rosa.
