Just amazing!

Absolutely love this company! Ordered my new Katy Country boots on Friday, amazing price, and received them this morning! I was updated throughout the process, even being told what courier was delivering them and what time! I would definitely recommend these guys and their merchandise!!

fab customer service

Always buy from here are they offer such good value for money. Have bought everything from gloves to rugs to clippers and the one issue i had was resolved quickly and efficiently with friendly service. (Getting an email back in less than half an our. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to buy frequently

Fast, efficient and reliable.

I ordered a rug on 26th December 2013, it arrived on the 28th December!
An extremely fast, efficient and reliable service over the busy festive period.
Staff have always been extremely polite and always happy to help, a great company, I can't praise them enough!!

Not recieved my delivery yet!

I ordered some products on the 26th of December and it is now the 3rd of January and I have not received my delivery or even had an email to say they have been dispatched! I have no idea whats going on with my order and all I know that my order has been 'submitted' on the website. I am very disappointed with this and will be ringing up and complaining about it. Plus I live in West Yorkshire where the warehouse is based!

I have had a quick look into your order and firstly i can see that this order has been dispatched and is due for delivery today. You should have received a dispatch email on Friday evening.

With regards to the dispatch time of your order, we usually recommend that this can take between 1 and 5 working days (this does not include bank holidays or weekends) and a further 1-2 days for delivery. Unfortunately due to the time the order was placed and the way the bank holidays and weekends fell the dispatch of the order wasn't as quick as it would be normally. Please accept our apologies for any delays the bank holidays may have caused.

We are based in West Yorkshire and do have the option for our local customers to come and collect from us, which should you wish to place an order in the future you are more than welcome to do. This means that sometimes it can be slightly quicker and saves postage too!

Friendly professional service!

Could'nt ask for better

I ordered the rug at dinnertime and was told the delivery would be 3-5 days, Received an email from the company with the delivery tracking and was informed it would be with me the following day between 1130 and 1230 it arrived at 12noon, amazing. The product itself was a rug a fantastic price for the brand .

Amazing quality rugs!!

I recently bought one of the Equestrian Clearance rugs that are advertised for £27.99, where you choose the size and they choose the colour. Wow was I impressed when it arrived. Firstly the delivery date was exactly as they had said and secondly my horse is very difficult to buy rugs for and this rug fitted him a treat. It also has a long tail flap, which some rugs in the lower range don't have. Overall very impressed with this company and will definiately use them again.

Great company, fantastic prices!

I've always used tack shops and visited in person as I like to be able to see the products and actually speak to someone so when my friend suggested buying a new rug online I wasn't sure! I decided to have a look and had a query over sizing as the horse was coming from Holland and hadn't arrived but needed a rug for as soon as he got here with it being so cold! The girls were so helpful and it was just like being in the local tack shop with their advice! I had a lovely chat with a girl and bought a rug. When the horse arrived he was smaller than we thought so the rug is a bit big... but I'm sure he'll grow into it! Thank you equestrian clearance, you were a huge help! :)

Super speedy delivery

I recently purchase a pelham bit from Equestrian Clearance and needed it quite urgently for hunting. I was shocked with how quickly the bit arrived with me... it was two days after I had placed the order! I am a regular customer and have highly recommended this company to many of my horsey friends. Overall, a very great company.

Amazing service, amazing products and all at tiny tiny prices

I always rave about equestrian clearance. Before I was recommended them, I found keeping a horse very expensive. But equestrian clearance offer so much stuff at very little cost. I always recommend them to all my horsey friends and love all their offers and facebook page! Highly recommended!!! 5*****

Restored my faith in online shopping!

Thank you so so much to your very helpful staff - I have been badly let down by another mail order company and you guys have restored my faith in online shopping!!
I was looking for a some Dublin River Boots but wasn’t quite sure of the size, I rang your customer services line and a really helpful girl checked the measurements and called me back within minutes....order placed on Tuesday arrived yesterday!! I was even kept up to date on the parcels progress by e-mail and text....such a fab fab service!
I'll definitely be back to order from you again and will certainly recommend you to my horsey friends

would not recomend this company

I ordered stuff from this sight over 3 weeks ago im still waiting everytime i call i get told something was missing.the first week gloves where missing from the order the second week its jodpurs and now this week its the childs hat.This is not on it cost money for us to call them from ireland.Yes they have refunded our delivery and giving us a pair of childs gloves costing more than the original ones cost and a 10% discount on the order.But my time wasted on sitting in every week waiting on the order to arrive on the day they say it will this will not give me my time back i find this company to be very unprofessionel and constanly telling lies to me over and over again i will not be recomending them or buying from them again .On the good side staff are friendly .

Fantastic company - excellent website, products and prices, always efficient and helpful.

Equestrian Clearance have long been my favourite online store for anything horsey. I regularly recommend the website to my clients who need riding gear (I sell horse riding holidays) and use them often to buy things for myself, my horses or as gifts. They are always very efficient when it comes to packing, postage and returns and are really helpful. I love their huge selection of items at excellent prices, as well as their regular sales and deals. I follow their Facebook page closely!

Fantastic Service

I ordered a pair of Harry Hill Eiger boots in the afternoon and requested standard delivery - they arrived the very next day.Plus they were the cheapest place for the boots & cheapest delivery on the net. The boots are pretty good too.
